GoogleI sold house on behalf of my aunt via Karen Richie estates. I don't live locally I had to rely heavily on Karen Ritchie Estates to keep me up to date with viewings and offers. Commission fees are extremely competitive in comparison with other local estate agents. The property was sold quickly and for a good price. Highly recommended

GoogleWe were on holiday for 2 weeks. Karen Ritchies did all the viewings and kept in touch with us at all times. Buyer put in offer during these 2 weeks. Due to Covid things were put on hold but we were kept fully informed. Excellent service.

hi thanks for your review I know Ive personally spoke to you on several occasions, when anyone offers on one of our propertys we ask for proof of funds and mortgage as standard one of the propertys that you offered on had 15 offers and went well over asking price, its not our fault you didn't offer high enough.. also I don't appreciate being offered cash from your partner to get your offer accepted, its not how I do business ( this happened in front of all my staff so I have witnesses) please do not contact my office again to view any of our propertys...
