So far the process has been well explained and transparent from all staff we have dealt with. Debbie has been particularly helpful with queries and able to keep me updated with the progress of the sale and purchase. She has been patient and clarified some of the processes when I have been unsure, and each time I have called has been both friendly and professional. So far my only recommendation for the business in general would be to have a direct number rather than having to keep going through the phone menu each time!PositiveProfessionalism

I have recently purchased a house through Farrell and Heyworth and the team, especially Debbie made things very easy and took a lot of the stresses away. Debbie was very flexible and offered to undertake additional visits (for measure ups) to the property out of her working hours which I was really appreciative of and fit last minute viewings In here and there to accommodate my limited availability. As Debbie was my main point of contact throughout my purchase until towards the end, I would like to thank her for all her hard work, professionalism and efforts in making my move as painless as possible. Her dedication to her clients is something I look for when it comes to moving house and if I ever move again in future I will definitely consider F&H as my estate agent :) Thanks once again and I am finally now settled into my lovely new home :) many thanks, Amy

Would just like to say a big thank you to Debbie and colleagues at the westhougton / Chorely branch of farrell heyworth, it's been a really trying time at the min moving house but I have to say Debbie was so helpful and reassuring with our purchase of a bungalow, especially when we found out our purchasers of our house had to pull out , with patients and perseverance we finally managed to get the bungalow we wanted in the end, Debbie was always at the end of the phone, listened to my questions and then got answers as soon as she could, she made our move more smoothly in what would off been stressful, we had enough stress from our solicitors so it was nice to speak to someone with calm .

This review is wholely in relation to Anil Parmar. Anil was our mortgage advisor, and our relationship with him has been nothing short of sensational. Myself and my partner found a property we liked, and due to how much we liked it, we wanted to secure an offer ASAP. Literally within a couple of hours, Anil had secured our mortgage in principal and we were able to put in an offer. In addition to this, we have never failed to get ahold of Anil, and even if our query is trivial, he gave it his full attention and always actioned anything we put to him. Being first time buyers, Anil was where we went to for much of the advice we needed, and he was always on call to either answer it directly himself, or to chase/ forward issues we had with our solicitors. The price for the services was more than fair, and also competitive, if not cheaper than others we looked at. But if anyone is looking for a mortage advisor, they would have a hard time finding someone more professional, friendly, and knowledgable than Anil Parmar. We will definalty be keeping his number on our records for any future business we may need.
