Purchased twice through Entwistle Green Westhoughton and sold once. Would never use any other estate agents but these! They go above and beyond to do everything they possibly can to help you. The second my flat went on the market they had multiple viewings arranged for me almost instantly. Unfortunately I lost my buyer but with their contacts they had me another viewing instantly and got it sold again! Could not recommend them any more!

The staff at the Westghoughton branch could teach the government a thing or two when it comes to being professional, honest and understanding. If you have a property to sell, or want to buy, these are the team to see. I can't rate them highly enough as you only have five stars, but i would recommend them every time. Entwistle Green Westhoughton have gone above and beyond for us. Claire dealt with us with our purchase and from start to finish she was fantastic ! We always felt we could pick the phone up and ask any question no matter how small or silly ( being first time buyers ) and we was always treated so respectfully. Simply excellent! From start to completion, Entwistle Green provided a 5-star service. The whole selling process was an absolute nightmare due to conveyancing solicitors who really don't want to do a proper job, nor do they care. Thankfully Branch Manager Claire, Alison and the rest of the team at Entwistle Green were there to support me through it all, keep my sanity and get the job done! I really did appreciate the fact I could always reach them (not constant voicemails), they were always in good spirits and a friendly ear to listen to me moan on...and on about my solicitor. :) Thanks for everything and treating me like a human being rather than a transaction waiting to be completed. If you're looking to sell your home, I highly recommend giving Entwistle Green a go, you won't be disappointed!

Entwistle Green in Westhoughton responsiveness was incredible. If they didn’t pick up, they always call back no longer than 5 minutes later. They did an incredible amount of information gathering about the process, also the amount of effort and time they put into walking me through the process is unbelievable. Not only did I feel like I had all the information I need to make any decisions, but I also felt like I was in good hands. Especially because, as a first-time buyer, I didn’t know all of the questions I should be asking. They would proactively provide this information, which made me feel like I was walking through this process with eyes wide open. We felt like we were working with our best friends rather than a real estate agents. I HIGHLY recommend. All agents was great. We was lucky enough to work and we loooooved working with Claire, so special thanks from us. I don't normally do reviews, but this is well deserved. WELL DONE ENTWISTLE GREEN WESTHOUGHTON!!!
