Our proof of funds weren't checked once an offer had been accepted, luckily we had all funds in place with a mortgage adviser beforehand. We didn't hear from the estate agents some time before completion due to some issues with the lease that they didn't advise us of prior to making an offer. Again there was issues with agreeing a completion date as it was a long chain, however we were advised by Holly at Entwistle Green that we were holding the chain up and everyone was waiting for us, for us to rush our solicitor to find out their vendors and the upper chain weren't even in a position to agree dates! When I went to collect the keys on completion date there wasn't even a congratulations neither an ID check to make sure I was the correct buyer for the house, just a bye when leaving.

5 stars all day long! I cant begin to express my true thanks to Holly at Entwistle Green, Westhoughton. I contacted Holly for a quick valuation and needed this to be a quick sale, she came out valued my house and sat and listened to me about my personal life (I think I cried too) and still she wasn't phased and took the instruction. From agreeing to the valuation, Holly and her team made what was an extremely stressful sale for personal reasons, a very calming process for me and was with me 100% from instruction to completion. Holly's knowledge, patience and efficiency is way above what you would expect and I cannot ever find enough words to thank her. Well what can I say, Entwistle Green sold the house in days, we were surprised as it also went for a few thousand more than what we asked for so that was a huge bonus. Erin made the transaction seamless, if there was any chasing to do Erin was on the ball, if she said she was going to do something she did it! Customer service is so important to her and the rest of her colleagues we knew we were in safe hands. We wouldn't have any hesitation in recommending Entwistle Green they may not be the cheapest but its worth the heartache knowing you can depend on them. If only there was more Erin's in the world.

Claire and the team are amazing! We bought through them. The buying/selling process can be stressful and there are many steps along the way. But Claire and the team were focussed, professional and concentrating on making sure everything was always moving forwards. They handled bumps in the purchase so calmly, understanding all the details and made sure there was regular communication. In my eyes they went above and beyond what was expected. I bought a property that was being managed by EG westhoughton, there were many trips and turns along the way out of their control but at the same time more support could of been provided on completion day with everyone in the chain packed and in vans but there client uncontactable, it took a real push from other agencies to suggest going round to the house to help restart the completion towards the end of the day and prevent completion day collapse. "doing everything they can" did not give me much comfort that my children would not be sleeping at a hotel that night, which incidentally they had too, but this is another story. Now my real reason for leaving a review. Tammy, oh my gosh, Tammy. where do i begin, what a worker you have there, brilliant character, very helpful, i almost felt like the paying client even though i wasn't, she was a go between between parties along the whole journey, great phone banter, i do believe Tammy is the reason we did not drop out of the purchase as some communication difficulties with the vendor remained a constant stress for her stuck in the middle. If you are selling a house in Westhoughton, Entwistle Green are the team to do it. Their knowledge of the local area got us an extra £20,000 on our sale compared to valuations of other local competitors. The service start to finish was exceptional and Tammy, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure that we were supported and the sale was as smooth as it could be for us and our buyers. Claire, Alison and Oliver have also been fantastic and any transition needed on days or or when Tammy was on annual leave was seamless, as the team clearly work very well together. Boasts of markshares on local community Facebook groups, as competitors do, are not necessary as actions speak for themselves.
