Absolutely amazing service from the team, especially Harley, Tammy and Claire. They sold my house within a few months of it being on the market with them! I had major problems with purplebricks so I was worried that the same would happen again with another Estate Agents however Entwistle Green proved me wrong! Very personable and friendly staff. They go above and beyond for you. The customer service is 10/10. Thank you again to the team at Entwistle Green! :-)

I have bought and sold many houses over the years, this was my first experience of using Entwistle Green Westhoughton. The service received was second to none! Harley was extremely helpful and done whatever she could to ensure the sale went through as quickly and smoothly as possible. they went above and beyond for their customers. I felt they they were always on the case for me and cannot thank them enough. All of them are very polite and friendly. Moved Oct 2020 in middle of Covid so very stressful experience! However Entwistle Green never let this affect their service. We could always get in touch with them whenever we had an issue with our chain. All the team were brilliant. Very professional and helpful. I would like to take this opportunity to Express my experience with Entwistle Green Estate agents in westhauhghton from my first viewing of a property I felt I was dealing with a professional team of people and was made to feel welcome . I noticed that they had spent the time and done their homework on the area as well as the property . Nothing is to much trouble and believe me I have tried there patience from time to time . I have sold a property with them where other company's had failed. And also had the pleasure of purchasing a property through them too . Entwistle Green Westhoughton are very highly recommended. All the team are fab. Tammie kept us up to date all the way through always going that extra mile to help. We used Stephen as our mortgage advisor and he too is highly recommended. We sold our house within days of it going on the market, unfortunately the sale fell through but Tammy couldn't help enough and we sold our house again within 2 days. I have used entwistle greens mortgage services quite a few times now but my most recent has made me leave this review , I found their service and help absolutely first class , and the help that Stephen and his team offer is second to none , I can't recommend them highly enough and will definitely use them again would also like to say having used and family used Tammy for buying and selling homes she cannot do enough to help the process go smoothly , all round excellent service with what can be a difficult experience .

Liars! Cheats! Frauds! Would not recommend to my worst enemy. A terrible experience with Entwistle Green (Westhoughton branch). The team were never really interested in helping us pursue the house we wanted and made up lies, excuses and tried to delay our purchase as much as they physically could. We dealt with Tammy and Claire who made little effort in easing what should be a fun and exciting experience for a first time buyer. They tried their absolute hardest to keep us from viewing the house, despite the fact we rushed to put together a proof of deposit for them as this was apparently a requirement. They then claimed to have "accepted" our offer.. yet still listed a previous lower offer on their website. They kept taking other offers and completely backtracked on the fact they accepted our offer. Meanwhile, we were still adamant we wanted this house, so we raised the stakes.. so much to the point that both Tammy and Claire claimed that they would be opting for another buyer for a LOWER PRICE. It was never about price.. they never took our offer seriously and tried to delay our purchase from going ahead (by claiming they were having "technical issues").. and it was always me that chased them for updates. If they ever faced an issue, they wouldn't contact me. I had to pick up the phone 5 times a day to get every little update and attempt to hold their hand through the process. It's now become apparent that they never wanted us to hold hands. Service was so poor - Claire (someone who is clearly in the wrong job!) could barely count up our deposit figures. I am still trying to understand what their hidden agenda was, but one thing is for sure... they are rotten to the core and made our lives an absolute misery. What a waste of time and effort. This experience has made me lose faith in the fact that there must be good, honest and hard-working people out there.
