GoogleI would like to thank Katie Barnes for helping me to find a place to rent. She was really supportive, patient and considerate. Katie was so helpful and nothing seemed to much trouble for her, the service was excellent and she from a personal perspective was superb. GoogleEdit: real shame to say that at the 4 month mark a lot of promises made by agents are now not being respected and instead contradicted. Having spoken to Hayley about some concerns I had it was distressing to then be patronised especially as an autistic individual who finds these sorts of calls stressful. I was cut across time and time again (I have a stutter and this is really damaging). The blame was then shifted onto her colleagues. Bad form. Please take responsibility for your short cut taking job performance and lack of customer service. Jamie and Sophie have been wonderful, such a shame it's now been handed over to an unempathetic robot- this is coming from someone with Autism so that's really quite an accomplishment. ------------------- The process with Your Move from beginning to end has been made smooth, stress free and exciting in a way you sometimes don't experience with rental agencies. I believe this is at least 99% down to the luck we had in having Sophie as our agent. She has been so efficient and meticulously managed all stages of our move including with my guarantor. I would go so far to suggest that if signing up with this branch as tenant or landlord to ask for her specifically. Thank you Your Move and Sophie for your hard work and our new home :)

GoogleWe used Your Move and dealt with Steve Sherlock whilst buying a house through lockdown. Despite all the Covid limitations Steve and the Your Move team were very quick to respond to all our questions and move the process along whilst being respectful of delays. GoogleI do not recommend this agency, not professional at all, standing outside the house waiting for a viewing and no one turned up saying they tried to call me to confirm the viewing when i clearly received and email with confirmation. So if i didnt phone them to cancel the viewing it was obvious that i would be coming.... Then she told me she will not come because she has othe viewings!!!!! Not good...NegativeProfessionalism

I have spoken with the branch and confirmed that they did try to contact you a couple of times this morning just to confirm you were still ok to come to the viewing. As you can understand, due to COVID guidelines it is imperative that we speak to all clients on the day of the appointment to ensure they are not showing any symptoms. This is standard practice and for the safety of our tenants and staff. Unless we have spoken to you to confirm that you are not showing any symptoms after booking the viewing then this viewing would not go ahead. I can see that two phone calls were made to you today and no calls back into the branch were received. If you would like to re book this then please do get in touch and we would be happy to accommodate a time that suits you.
