GoogleMe and my girlfriend brought our first home through your move Bognor Regis and it couldn’t have gone any better it was absolutely brilliant! We worked with a lady called katie who was amazing, she always replied to all our emails within 30 minutes at the latest and she always seemed to go that extra mile to help us. Katie made the process a lot less stressful for us. The list of how helpful she was could go on and on so I would fully recommend using this estate agents if you are looking for a stress free move or sale.

GoogleIt was an emotional time in selling my Mothers property but as soon as Steve walked through the door my gut instinct knew Your Move would be the Agent to go with. He totally understood how difficult it was for me. He always kept me informed on the progress of the sale and was able to give me guidance throughout the sale. GoogleI have been so pleased with the team at Bognor Regis. From start to finish. They marketed and sold my house within 6 weeks. I have alway used Your move for all my house sale. They are fantastic. Steve made me feel very relaxed when putting the property on the market and Katie busted a gut to get everything done for us. Couldn't fault this team if great professional people. Happy is an understatement. Thank you to all the team at this office.

GoogleI want to leave a review in regards the service we had with your move in Bognor Regis. And all the good services go to Darci and her team who seem very professional and efficient in everything and not leaving any small detail behind. We had about 10 viewings before we’ve done our last one with Darci to rent a flat in Aldwick. This flat ticked all the boxes and contains all the essentials, and the application process runs smoothly with Darci and we didn’t need to do much as all the effort was from her to complete our application and make our house moving happened. GoogleI would just like to thank Darci for all the advice and kindness that she has shown me during my search for a property,it was the first time that I have used a estate agents and I could not have been more pleasantly surprised by how welcoming and profession they have been,as soon as you walk in they give you a warm welcome . Going through the process of applying for a property was a bit daunting but with Darci,s help and advice she soon put me at ease and she kept me informed throughout the application. GoogleWe have been using Your Move Bognor for a Number of years both with regard to Purchase and Lettings. We have always found them extremely helpful and in particular Darci at the Branch in Bognor who has always been there to assist us with queries in a friendly, Confident and professional manner. GoogleSelling a property can be exceedingly stressful but much of the stress was relieved for me by Your Move's Bognor Regis Steve and his team who, I felt, were working with me and for me in guiding and advising me throughout the whole process and in being pro-active in following up with both of the legal representatives to promote them to deliver their services. Although I did not take up the financial options explained to me by Keith, the comprehensive clearly presented information placed me in a good position to make important decisions. Thank you to all the team.

GoogleI am relocating to the Bognor area later this year. I thought it would be beneficial to call a letting office to ask some questions l have about my pending move. The first office l called were disinterested, the second one were unable to answer my questions as they were too busy and l would need to call back later! My anxiety level was rising and very nearly did not make my next call to Your Move. I am so thankful l made that call and that Darci answered, as she was extremely professional and was able to answer my questions and concerns with ease in such a genuinely interested and warm manner. I am now reassured that my move later this year will be a happy one given the safe and professional service that Darci will provide me, thank you! (l have recommended Darci to my colleagues that may also be relocated)

GoogleThis is the worst estate agent if you are thinking to go with this estate agent you will be very sorry. Jaimie Walker the manager of the branch of Bognor Regis(a compulsive liar)is like a car sales man. For 2 years they been taking my money to manage my property unfortunately this was the worst decision I made they allowed the ex tenant Jon Mitchell so called carpenter(said he had a company in london. Lies) to trash my property steal my garden furniture stole my keys stole fixture & fittings change a designer mirror in the bathroom to install a cheap bathroom cabinet. He took all the terracotta pots in the garden. The worst thing he stole a statue of Buddha. He ripped a shelf ,left wire hanging. Your move do not visit the property to check anything. They put unemployed people into properties . They do not check whether the tenants their direct debits to tenants don't have to pay rents. Tenants always break their 6 months clause without any reprisals. So you keep paying for new tenants. While tenants are in they breaks things ripped doors,rip radiators your move don't get the tenants to fix all this instead the landlord has to fix all this. What the tenant did took pictures before stealing things forwarded them to A.. Hole Jaimie Walker the deposit was returned as they did not do their job to check the property Ladies & gentlemen Do Not Use Your Move, you will be sorry It lead me to be extremely ill this experience. Zero star for the trauma Jaimie Walker and Jon Mitchell inflicted inflicted on me.NegativeQuality, Professionalism, Value

Please be assured the tenant we found for you was fully employed at the time of references, which you were provided with. We managed your property for you at your request, which is paid for by deducting a monthly fee from the rental payment made by the tenant, which involved us fixing any maintenance issues and routine visits, which confirmed the property was in a good order. There are other points you need to consider which I am more than happy to email you directly as I feel posting such information for all and sundry to see would not be appropriate and would be unprofessional. It is also a breach of data protection We are sorry you feel you had a bad experience letting with ourselves over the last 4 years of using us as agents, and if you feel we have not dealt with your complaint sufficiently we would encourage you to get back in contact with HR so they can revert back to the complaints procedure.

GoogleI am currently In the process of signing into a rented property with Your Move, we are a couple of weeks from getting the keys and completing. Throughout the last 3 months, I have been working closely with Darcey. She has been extremely helpful and incredibly understanding, I felt she had my personal interest at heart when advising me on different property's, I was studying in the final months of my PGCE and was quire stressed but Darcey made everything so simple and easy especially when approached with a few speed bumps along the way. Darcey made me and my Boyfriend feel really valued and this was one of the many reasons we went for this property as I have had terrible service from estate agents in the past. I am looking forward to going to Darcy in the future about any issues once in the property as I feel the she will assist me as much as she can with anything we put to her. I am quite an anxious person when it comes to moving and Darcey has gone above and beyond with her efforts in ensuring it all goes smoothly. GoogleAVOID. They don't take their job seriously.From the first viewing to offer , exchange and completion they have been dishonest and disruptive. They will waste your time and money. If you wish to buy a property find another agency. I am filing a complaint against them !

GoogleI would recommend the yourmove bognor branch if you're thinking of renting a property. A lady called Paige was extremely professional and very helpful. She kept me updated regularly on properties available to rent and was punctual for viewings. Her compassion and general support was really genuine and I couldn't be more grateful to Paige for everything she did for me making the whole renting process less stressful for me. Thanks Paige 10/10 for excellent customer service.

GoogleBognor Regis “your move estate agents” please do t make this a first choice. A friend has just brought a flat in Bognor po21 2JD. That had been on sale a week with Henry Adam’s, but your move have the flat next door on the market since November. The reason my mate brought number 5…… good selling techniques and good placement of a for sale board. Your move do not seem to care. They just sit in the office. Awful service. And the price was the same, so they can’t use that excuse. Your move, sack your staff! Lazy 😂😂
