GoogleYour Move, in Bognor Regis, sold my father’s flat in Rose Green in May 2020. Steve Sherlock was particularly involved in the process and had to negotiate a number of challenges, including those presented by the pandemic. He and his team were always calm and responsive, maintaining excellent communication with us, other professionals and prospective buyers. At no point during the sale did we experience anxiety or pressure. We received regular updates and clarification of each stage of the sale and the property was marketed well. GoogleOverall a positive review. Have purchased a house with Your Move and found Ainhoa was excellent with chasing up and helping us push the sale through at a good pace. There was one slight hiccup nearing exchange which could have been managed slightly better, albeit not fully in their control due to the situation. Overall would recommend.

GoogleVery friendly staff. Knowledgeable about the area the bungalow was in. Kept me updated with viewings arranged and the outcome. Useful app to track interest. As I’m a fair way away advised me on state of the property and suggested ways to improve the appearance, eg tidying the garden, reducing the amount of furniture etc. My only slightly negative comment is the price the bungalow was originally put on the market for. In hindsight, with all the work needing doing, it was put on way too high initially. A good job all in all.
