GoogleExcellent service from Your Move estate agents. Dealt with the sale of my Mum`s flat really well. Ainhoa was an absolute star and helped us push the sale through. Only gave 4 stars because of the the awful Conveyancing company (Conveylaw )that they recommended we use.

GoogleWas recommended to Your Move after trying various Estate Agents and they didnt dissappoint Ainhoa was remarkable and very helpful and never failed with the 1001 questions to give adequate answers Although all the staff there were lovely and helpful Ainhoe i can see having her own Branch within the near future

GoogleI would like to thank Steve and Ainhoa and the team at Your Move for always being helpful and courteous during a very prolonged and, at times, frustrating purchase. There were ups and downs and long delays and many complications but we’ve finally got there and completion is in sight and imminent. Patience has been key and I recommend Your Move at Bognor for their hard work and dedication throughout. A professional service and a team who work hard to see things through.

GoogleIt has taking a very long time to sell our home and fine another property to move to, but the staff have all been polite, helpful and very understanding. We would like to single Ainhoa out as the person who tirelessly worked to keep our buyers happy through all the delays, and make sure we felt supported during a very stressful time.

GoogleI cannot recommend Your Move in Bognor Regis. I mistakenly signed a 20 week contract with them, from which they would not release me, although they were not finding any suitable buyers for my property. They did not point out major selling points during viewings, and they "encouraged" me to accept considerably lower offers than the asking price, although they had valued my property and said they expected it to sell easily. I felt they just wanted me to accept any price so that they would get their fee. I have reluctantly given them 1 star, which is for turning up on time for viewings. Thank goodness my contract has now ended but I have wasted 20 weeks of my life, and am no nearer to moving. I am aware that the property market has changed this year due to the financial situation and rising interest rates, but I had no confidence that Your Move were acting in my best interests. I am extremely disappointed.

We are just as disappointed as yourself in not being able to obtain a buyer for you. The contract term was pointed out to you on the date you signed to let us market your home, and you would have had a opportunity to cancel this under the cooling off period. We did obtain multiple viewings which did lead to offers on your home. Its unfortunate that the offers sadly were not at the figure you had hoped for . We would never force you to accept a offer you are not happy with, however we will always point out what the local market is doing in order that we can give you a true reflection of how your home is performing against other properties in the area. I want to thank you for allowing us to try and help you sell and I sincerely wish you all the best for the future in selling

GoogleWe bought a house through Your Move, so we can't comment on how they are from a selling perspective but from the Purchasing side we've been really impressed. Ainhoa, who was the estate agent we worked with, was very quick to follow up information, she's excellent at getting things done and wrangling everyone towards the finish line. We've also been really impressed with the after care and how she's followed up on items even though the sale has gone through. We'd happily buy through Your Move again.

GoogleI was served a no fault eviction two week before Christmas, the papers for which did not arrive till well after due to postal strikes which left only a few weeks for me to find somewhere new to live. I found it impossible to get into contact with them to discuss this, even after calling multiple times and receiving promises of a call back soon. Nobody bothered to call to confirm whether I had even received the papers in the first place. When I did eventually get through to someone, I got little support or explanation as to why I was suddenly getting kicked out after a tenancy of almost 3 years and no suggestion of any other suitable accommodation they may have available to rent, just a half-hearted confirmation with no interest in any further discussion. It very much feels like they are on the side of the landlord and not here to assist the tenant; it took me (and subsequently the landlord) multiple calls to even get somebody to draft a final rent bill for the last couple of weeks (which was the first time I ever paid my rent late). I understand that an agency has no bearing on whether or not the landlord decides to sell, but they ought to do much more to support a tenant facing eviction, even if it is just to help look for somewhere else to rent or calling about the notice, rather than relying on the Postal Service- otherwise, is there much point in an agency in the first place?

GoogleTo whome it may concern. I have been dealing with Your Move in Bognor Regis for a number of years. I have 2 one bed flats in Bognor that I rent out. Most of my BTL properties are in Littlehampton. However, although Bognor is some distance away, and there are 4 Lettings g agents in Littlehampton, they nothing compared with a young lady called Darci who rents my properties. Darci at Your Move rents them all much sooner, and is helping me with advice on the new legislation as Darci is always well ahead of the latest requirements. I admire Darci and her work at Your Move. As they are always coping with constant changes with legislations, government, tennat fees are not being charged to prospective tenants, change to universal credit etc. These things cause a multiple landlord like myself much worry, but having a agent as great as Darci gives me great reassurance and a splendid service Yours sincerely, Vilma Edmonds
