As we had to travel a long distance to view the property, we appreciated the effort taken to ensure we had plenty of time to ask questions, get answers and generally absorb as much detail as possible about 1 Langley Grove. Thanks for your patience and professionalism. We also appreciated the unexpected welcome gift we received when picking up the keys on completion of the purchase.

By far the most helpful and proactive estate agent we've ever used. They went the extra mile to keep our chain alive and we honestly think that without their constant intervention and appraisal of the various complexities we wouldn't have been able to complete. Although we had cheaper quotes we doubt anyone else would have worked so hard for us and we would have lost the chance to buy our new house.

Very disappointed to say the least

Very disappointed to say the least. They are very nice to you before you move in, after paying rent and deposit you will see hell. I stayed for days with no hot water in December, making numerous calls and emails and being told stories. I stayed for months with damp and mold and nothing was done, only for them to make efforts to change the place for the new tenant when I was to move out. The house was extremely cold. The worst experience ever, paying a lot of money for rent for nothing.

Great service from the Lettings Team at Storrington!'We' found a property we liked and a viewing was promptly arranged at a convenient time for 'us' (my partner!). Communication was great, got in touch when they said they would and the landlord requested a meeting before offering the tenancy to us which Henry Adams accommodated at their branch and even provided tea & coffee! Very friendly, helpful and communicative and quickly resolved a hassle we had with rightmove who manage the referencing. I think I would have preferred they handled referencing themselves as I feel they would have been more competent at it than rightmove were; hence the 4 stars.The welcome pack left for us when we moved in was lovely and they worked with my short-notice, very changeable, work schedule on key collection day which turned out to be nice and easy.Overall, great service moving in, if we move out (hoping not to!) then I'll try and remember to update this review!

Henry Adams has been great throughout the entire process of re-letting our flat. Our main contact was Charlie and he was always readily available, friendly and helpful with every query we had. I really appreciated his down to earth manner and honest advice and he was sensitive to our wishes, never pushing us to accept a potential new tenant that we didn’t feel comfortable with. Everything ran smoothly with setting up the new contracts and arranging the handover to our tenants. Thank you Henry Adams, would highly recommend!

Unprofessional in Selsey, West Sussex

Kevin, from Selsey branch was so friendly at first but when I chose to go elsewhere due to massively better rates I got an unpleasant and upsetting reply. I complained to the CEO and had an apology from him, not Kevin of course but as a result it appears I've been 'blacklisted'. Up to the point of complaint I had received multiple properties to view with Henry Adams but nothing since. This appears malicious and extremely unprofessional. Please don't use Henry Adams in Selsey.

My experience of Henry Adams has been first class, we sold and brought our house through them. The created a great broucure is our house in a better quality than other estate agents around, with true to like pictures rather than using wide angles lenses. Good communication on each occasion with what’s going on with buying and selling our houses could not recommend them highly enough.
