During our period of buying and selling we have dealt with numerous estate agents in our area. The people we have dealt with at Henry Adam’s stand out as being professional and efficient.

Henry Adams Estate Agents Storrington Lettings Department

I am using Henry Adams Estate Agents Lettings Department in Storrington to manage a property and my experience has been very very good. They have been extremely professional and thorough from advertising the property promptly and accurately, to doing viewings and helping me to find a great tenant quickly. On every occasion that I have liaised with them they have been good at communication, professional, and very reliable. I believe they provide a great service and good value for money. They always responded to my questions promptly and are quick to help the tenant if there are any questions or issues. Nothing has been too much trouble.I would highly recommended them and the Lettings team in Storrington.

Bidding on a house

Went to view a property priced at £1450 a month, absolutely loved it, it was perfect and seemed promising. It all felt like false advertising especially when I went to place my application, I was given an opportunity to basically bid on the house by upping the offer for rent a month? How ridiculous! No one should have to bid on a house to get a higher chance to be accepted. Especially when everyone is struggling for money. The owner took a higher offer of course and the company were useless at letting us know. Not a professional setting at all. Ridiculous

Peace of Mind and Practicality

As we live in France, we have Henry Adams to take care of our apartment in the UK and they have been so very well for ten years. The service is excellent and their management more than anything provides peace of mind - they have always been able to find good tenants quickly. Any maintenance issues are sorted out without delay from their raft of electricians, plumbers, handymen etc. Thoroughly recommend.

An experience to be forgotten

An experience to be forgotten. Spare yourself the "how not to service a customer" experience and rather don't engage with this awful agency. Care is not in their vocabulary.

I’ve had a completely smooth and efficient experience with Gail and Jane and their helpers. Because I asked to meet the vendors, and found them to be lovely people, this also helped to remove the traditional angst associated with house purchase. Having said that, all at Henry Adams were very courteous and helpful. Highly recommended! Brian Gulland

I can't praise the team at Henry Adams in Bognor highly enough. Would definitely recommend them. They have been fantastic throughout the sale of my house. Jane in particular gets a special mention for all she did to help me finally exchange contracts on the house I wanted to purchase - simply the best!
