The team at Manning Stainton's have been great throughout this process, they have provided me with great advice and have always been on top of every prospective buyer - Organised viewings quickly and efficiently. Special thanks to Faye, Michelle and Diane who have kept me updated every step of the way! After viewing many properties to purchase and struggling to even make an appointment through other agents, I really couldn't believe the comparison and I was just really pleased Manning's had been on the ball when it came to selling my property. You were all brilliant especially Michelle Richardson it's just a pity you were let down so badly by the solicitors you recommended who were totally incompetent and caused so much upset and stress I wish I'd never taken your recommendation to use them. All the staff I dealt with at manning stainton were so professional friendly and seemed to really care when I was so upset. Thank you to all of the team including Andy, Adam, Ben & Rachel. We managed to sell our property and place an offer in on our new house listed with another estate agents moving in within 2 months... (we were in a 4 property chain & got the keys shortly before Christmas!) Amazing. We found Rachel knew more than what our solicitors did...they communicated well to us throughout the legal purchase process & worked well with our purchase agents. We want to take the opportunity to feedback on MA preferred solicitors, JS Law, (unfortunately our first time buyers used them) - they were slow and clunky and could have resulted in the house sale dragging on for longer if it wasn't pushed through and chased daily ("paperwork often went missing and the senior solicitor wasn't present to sign it off" was some of the updates from our solicitors). We appreciate MA receive a referral fee from JS Law - perhaps consider another firm for an overall better customer experience throughout? Okay moan over you'd be happy to hear! We wanted to wholeheartedly thank the team for professionally advertising our house, selling it in less than 2 weeks - for the sale price and helping the process along to get the keys for our house before Christmas. Thanks Team & we would highly recommend you all.

Where do I start. I have received excellent service from both recently buying and selling property through Manning at Morley. The minute you walk through the door you are greeted with a very friendly team, you can even pass the time of day and have a laugh too. The staff will cater for your needs. They kept me informed from start to finish about every aspect of both my sale and purchase and went the extra mile to sort out a small issue for me. Joanne Higgins was my main point of contact, but all the team in the office were excellent and could tell me where we were with updates. I would absolutely recommend this Estate Agents 100% and thank you so much for being there through it. You all made it so much easier x
