They are the worst Estate Agents I've been with they are very pushy I rented a property from them for about 4 years nearly and bray on door if you don't answer for example if I've done a night shift and tell them not to come round at a particular time they still come round and try let them self in there's been times when I went shopping and come back to them in the flat . They take a fee and bond plus 1 months rent upfront when I told them I had to move out they didn't give me chance to get anything sorted before trying to move someone else in I cleaned the flat and made them aware of any problems I also sent photos to the landlord they checked the flat and slapped a big bill on to of not getting my bond back they even charged me for damages to my own furniture and a charge for removal of my own furniture I found that they was heartless about the fact it made me homeless with no money I would strongly suggest not to use this company

Despite rental property being empty they will not book a viewing. Using lie about the reference criteria not being able to pass. I use goodlord myself and know the criteria. Landlord be aware your house might be empty for a while.

Fantastic Team, so glad I went with them in the end. Wouldn’t have happened without the caring, dedicated and friendly expertise of Faye! She’s a diamond and a credit to the company. Originally I decided to go elsewhere due to fees, but Faye kept in touch to see how it was going and I spoke more with Faye than I did my actual agent at the time! The service didn’t stop when she got me either, she’s always available on the phone or email with any questions, she’s fantastic at chasing answers and won’t give up for you. I cannot recommend Satpal and his team highly enough. Over the last 3 months, they have not only sold our house for us, but also my parents. The whole team are professional, reliable, and have been so helpful ensuring that the sales have run smoothly to exchange. We have also used this branch previously to purchase a buy to let property. Out of all of the agents that i spoke to, Satpal was the only person who took the time to find out what it was we wanted, then found us the right property to purchase. We will definitely be using this branch again in the future.

The team at Michael Anthony are super helpful when it comes to buying and selling property. I recently sold my flat with them and felt in very safe hands throughout the process. From the first meeting, I felt like I was a valued customer. It was good to meet the whole team and know that they were all invested in my sale. The photos on the website and brochures were excellent quality, with sound, honest information for the potential buyers. I had lots of viewings and was really impressed with how easy that process was. It was clear when they had found a serious buyer and I felt like I was given sound advice on how to proceed. There was good communication along the way, but nothing too pushy or insincere. It was a genuinely good experience, even though buying and selling can be quite stressful. The recommendations for other services i.e. removals and solicitors were sound too. Many thanks for everything!
