Extremely professional, always friendly and very responsive in all their dealings with me. Nothing was ever too much trouble. My house sale was conducted by Andrew and within a week it was sold for the asking price. Throughout the process, the support I was given by the Team was fantastic. We recently sold our property through Colin Hawes of Michael Anthony. We were purchasing a new build property that was awaiting build completion. Due to covid and various other obstacles our timeline was rather fluid but Colin managed our situation sensitively and our buyer remained committed throughout the process. From the initial marketing of our property, which was handled extremely safely with the current covid restrictions, to the completion of the sale we felt informed, assured and confident. Colin is professional, honest and committed and we wouldn't use anyone else.

Continually fantastic service from our Property Manager, Coren Macniven. Coren has looked after my rental property for nearly a year. During this time I have always found her personable, polite, engaging and professional, even when dealing with a pretty difficult and demanding tenant. Prior to the COVID-19 crisis Coren had the foresight to call me and offer a rental protection policy. Having this peace of mind has been tremendous over the last few months. I would have no hesitation in recommending Coren. She's taken the pressure out of a number of situations while delivering a professional service in a timely manner that's value for money. After some research we decided to use the Morley office as their quick sales were apparent in our area. However, it was the quality of the service also that came to the fore in the EXTREMELY short time it took for the office to find a buyer - during what we thought might be a difficult selling period! Faye Nunns was our contact and we were so lucky to have her to value our property and manage the initial sales process. She is very positive and friendly, but totally professional. I noticed the care with which she looked over our property as indeed a potential buyer would. She was very enthusiastic about our lovely home and more than that she went above and beyond answering her phone during the evenings and at the one weekend the property was up for sale before she rapidly located a buyer. Terrible company for renters. One of the rooms was covered in mold for a full year before it got fixed, and they only sorted it because we were moving out and they needed new renters. They even had the cheek to try charge us for it but refused to give a discount in rent when we proved it was their fault! (Vent was covered over). Like everyone else has already said they also tried to scam us with a bunch of false charges from our deposit too (£500 for a cleaner after we spent a full day cleaning? I don't think so!) Then they even tried to add more onto the bill after, absolute scam artists. Thankfully due to their incompetence they didn't secure our deposit properly so we got it back by threatening court action. They have no interest in the welfare of their tenants, avoid at all costs.

I am building a strong portfolio in Leeds whilst living in the Midlands, so it was of paramount importance to rely on not just the best but the very best! From my 1st property to where I am now, Manning have been exceptional, in 2yrs not a single mishap and always on the ball. I have an excellent relationship with all their staff. In particular Kyle Hardwick, in my opinion, the most professional, knowledgeable and helpful agent I've met in the industry. Leah has been a fantastic support throughout the process of moving into my first home with my partner. She has always responded quickly to emails and calls and made sure to manage our expectations of time scales. Everything has been done quickly and seamlessly by Leah.
