From the day I first viewed the house to the day I moved in, it took just six days. Oil even provided his personal WhatsApp contact, which is rare in the UK. With their wealth of experience Seymour’s gave good advice and tried to make the whole process of selling our house as painless as possible over the shortest possible time. We read that on average it tasks 19 viewing before you might get an offer - in the space of about 2 weeks we had about 25 viewing before the offer that lead to sold stc. Which we were pleased with in the current housing market. Jeff and team were punctual and courteous and let us know if there were any changes to viewing. I guess I was expecting more feedback for each of the viewing but I understand that if people are not interested for whatever reason there is not much you can do about it - so just move on.
Thanks for the review Nicky We spend a great deal of our time listening to our buyers to identify their needs. We then use this knowledge to help match the property to the person. It takes a lot of time, but it's time well spent for everyone's property journey. It's equally important to get the viewing feedback as this helps build up the picture of what potential buyers think, but as you rightly say, we can't force people to provide feedback.

We felt very supported by the Seymours team throughout the whole process of buying our first house. They showed us multiple listings we’d seen online, but it was one of the agents, Anthony, who recommended us to look at a property we thought was out of reach, which ended up being the absolute perfect fit - we’re so pleased we took his advice and gave it a shot! As we were first time buyers, we needed some guidance throughout the buying process and we couldn’t recommend this team more, particularly Krisy. All of our queries were addressed immediately and we trusted Krisy - she gave us confidence working with our solicitors by sharing her knowledge on the process and supported us all the way to completion.A big thank you to all the team we worked with, we wouldn’t have got our new home without you!

I have been searching for a suitable property for many months so have had dealings with all of the estate agents In & around the area . I have found Seymour’s to be the most professional , friendly & the level of communication has been superb . I have been kept in the loop & updated at every point & I have appreciated that immensely . Lack of communication has been an issue with other estate agents . Gary has been especially helpful & so too has Simon .
It's such a basic thing to do - talk! For us, it doesn't matter who to, the buyer, the seller, the solicitors, mortgage brokers, other agents in the chain, we don't even mind doing their job for them, in fact, we expect it. One thing is for sure, open and honest communication underpinned by knowledge, makes the whole journey so much more enjoyable for both you and us. Keep getting fake letters through my door for the past 3 years saying Mr & Mrs M are looking to buy a house in the area with their 2 kids and are currently living with friends, the same letter for 3 years. They even sent the letter to us about 4 days after the house had finished being built and it continues all these years later. I called for the 4th time today and the Blackwater branch manager had the nerve to ask me why its an issue, he said that he gets pizza leaflets through the door so why should I care? Horrendous, scammers just desperate for business

After 19 long weeks with a previous estate agent and only 4 viewings, I was a bit disillusioned about selling my property. Seymours in Horsell have been absolutely brilliant from start to finish. They gave me a full and honest appraisal of the market, a competitive price and a fair contract length. Archie was the ultimate professional, turned up on time, called when he said he was going to, friendly and I genuinely felt that he cared. After just a few weeks, I am thrilled to say I have sold and it is thanks to the diligence and care from the whole team who I can’t thank enough. Seymour’s have been outstanding in helping us secure an offer on our first home, we received a call from Seymour’s within 30 minutes of us sending in our enquiry through via Rightmove, a viewing was arranged for the next Tuesday. On the day of the viewing the agent was prompt and on time and it was clear that he knew the property as he was well informed and able to provide us with plenty of info as well as answer any questions we had. The experience was very pleasant and we loved the property. We called Sarah to put an offer in first thing in the morning. Sarah was always friendly, polite, professional and calm. She was so helpful and lovely, she really made the whole process much smoother as she took some time to get to know us and to understand why we loved the property. My experience is with the Guildford Branch. Absolutely awful experience from start to finish. Emma Ross and Nicola Jenkins in particular. Neither knew what they were talking about. This estate agent is disorganised, unresponsive, and completely lacking in professionalism. Emails are ignored, calls aren’t returned, and when you do finally get a response, it’s either vague or clearly written just to fob you off. They seem more interested in taking your money than actually doing their job properly. Basic things are mishandled, communication is a mess, and any issues you raise are met with delays or excuses rather than solutions. Dealing with them was stressful, frustrating, and a complete waste of time. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid them unless you enjoy chasing people who don’t care and getting nowhere.

As first-time buyers, we were quite overwhelmed by the whole process. We weren’t very impressed with how the realtors understood our needs; they kept sending us random properties just to make a quick sale. Seymours really stood out at this point. Aaron was there from day one, not only through email but also calling regularly to ensure he understood exactly what we were looking for in our perfect home. It only took us a week to decide on our dream home, and the entire process went smoothly. We’re now in the middle of the legal process, and Aaron is still there, answering every question I have. I highly recommend them.A special thanks to their talented young team member, Tom, who showed us the house. He was friendly, professional, and although he’s young, he already seems to have a wealth of experience. I’m sure he’ll be their new star someday! :)
