Ben was our agent for the sale of our home as well as the purchase of our new home. He really went the extra mile to get both done as well and quickly as possible, and seemed to be doing alot of the solicitors work too. On that note, I would not Setfords Solicitors as recommended by Seymours again though... they were very poor. I would find my own Solicitors next time. But thank you Ben and the team at Seymours.

I can't recommend Seymours in Blackwater enough!! Having spent a wasted year trying to sell my parents house through one of the supposed top rated agents locally , I was recommend Seymours. What a difference! I met Ben & even before the brochure was done, he had two viewings done. They are a great team, extremely professional & friendly, keeping you updated throughout the sale. Nothing is too much trouble & they get back to you straight away. We had an offer within 3 weeks & completed just over two months later. Many thanks to Ben & Aiden you are definitely getting a five star rating from me.

When we decided to list our house for sale, Seymours was the agency we selected. They are undoubtedly the most visible and proactive in the local area. Our house became available at a particularly difficult time in market conditions but the sales staff remained positive and optomistic, with all viewings being accompanied by them. A sale was agreed with a cash buyer. The progress was handled by Aiden who, despite some challenges, kept us fully informed to exchange of contracts. Would Not Recommend Seymours

I have used quite a few letting agencies within Woking and out of all of them, I would highly recommend Churchods. We used Seymours due to the liking the property at initial glance. However, after moving in we came to learn that the neighbours in the flat below us had a noise level that made this flat unlivable. Every cough, sneeze, discussion etc we could hear. Upon contacting Seymours, we were pawned off from the block management company, to the landlord and eventually back to them because no one would address the issue or take responsibility looking into it or helping fix the problem. Danilo at Seymours sent very copy and paste corporate answers without a level of sympathy considering my flatmate and I haven't had a proper nights sleep since we've moved in here. Cannot wait for our tenancy contract to end so we can moveout and not use Seymours again.

After being with another estate agent for a number of months and having 2 buyers fall through, I was feeling defeated and decided to end my contract and give Seymour’s a go. James was very genuine and sympathetic to my situation, he made me feel comfortable that I was in safe hands. The difference in communication was immediate. Once I found my buyer the team were in contact at every stage of the sale to make sure everything went as smooth as possible and no unnecessary delays were incurred. No matter who I spoke to in branch everyone knew what was happening along the way. Would highly recommend using these guys, I wish I’d gone with them straight away!

The team at Seymours Blackwater were very efficient in managing the sale of our property and managed to sell it within two weeks after we had an unsuccessful sale with another estate company. We dealt with various estate companies in the process but found Seymours Blackwater to be the most approachable team, very helpful and supportive! A great experience from start to finish

I recently purchased my first house with my partner and had a fantastic experience with Seymours throughout my buying process. Jeff was great, showing us around multiple properties and providing a excellent knowledge of the area and the houses themselves.
