GoogleAfter months of trying various other estate agents, which I must say were all of a muchness, I came across Seymours. It was refreshing to meet an estate agent (James) that was not only down to earth and realistic but also truthful, no beating around the bush and we were very happy with the service which was totally different from other estate agents. He kept us informed of every process even down to how the market was acting which we are very grateful for, I am glad to say that we have sold with Seymours and I would recommend Seymours to anyone that is looking to sell their house. Although the large cooperate estate agents seem as if they give you a personalised service I found found them to fall short, whereas Seymours does not. I have only one more thing to say ' why would you mess with all the rest when Seymours is the best' Thank you again Seymours you are all brilliant! One very happy customer

Seymours are a switched-on agent who are pro-active in progressing the sale (as in my case). Very good at contacting various parties who may not be reacting as quick as you would like.

After sales service poorWe purchased the property from Woking Branch, on April 21st, we had to ask for your sign to be removed 3 times, on the 4th occasion it was finally moved after 6 weeks. I have also noticed Seymour signs dumped in hedges, you should do something about your service of removing boards.

There certainly seems to be an issue either caused by our delay in communicating with our board contractor or the contractor's delay in delivering a service. Not ideal to know that there are also boards not where they should be, but this is most often caused by late-night revelers pulling them up and repositioning them in random locations and then us not knowing where to find them! Definitely room for improvement and one we will look into. Thanks again for sharing the information with us.

Excellent service from Seymour’s Knaphill. They gave good advice about the sale of my property and liaised between us and the buyers/sellers really well. I’ve used Seymour’s twice now and rented through them and I’d highly recommend them.

Sales marketing team kept us up to date with houses suited to our preferences, viewings was easy and then finally having the house we loved accepted. Terrible experience using Seymours to sell our house. We had nothing but issues with our buyers and actually found out that once we had agreed a sale - Seymours were still showing our buyers around properties behind our back!We managed a quick sale though a smaller estate agency that cared about their customers and actually got us a much better price. I would never use them again unfortunately.

It was a somewhat unusual surprise for the agent, Andy, in this case, to keep us informed of progress on a very regular basis and challenges faced with regard to others in the chain rather than leave it to the lawyer which in my experience happens all too frequently.
Couldn't agree more. Often the sale progression aspect is left to its own devices but this is where all the issues occur. We've learned over the last 30 years, that we as agents need to be heavily involved in the solicitor's side of things. The solicitors definitely appreciate it, but not as much as the buyers and sellers!
