Slow communication with us as well as communication within their own office - don't blame it on the international factor, that should not have been an issue, especially since you said you deal with international customers all the time. Typos in communication via email as well as on printed property brochures as well as online listing. This is a huge negative and extremely unprofessional. And, still typos in email correspondence after complaining about it. Again, not professional at all for those kinds of typos. Recommended a horrible solicitor but then only recommended a slightly less horrible one after that, but they didnt seem very concerned with our solicitor issues because at that point, they had already made the sale. On that note, I could have and should have used a private solicitor. Would not use Seymour's again.

We contracted Seymours Camberley to sell our property, and then ended up buying through them aswell. Throughout the team were a great help. They were personable and available at all times. They helped us navigate some challenges and really stepped up to help secure resolutions to some issues that held up our contract exchange and completion. All in all a great team to work with.

Nick visited in February when we still had a tenant and the flat was quite tatty. Three months later, after a refurb, he came round and revised the estimate upwards to reflect the improvements. In the event, we had four viewings in five days and got an offer in excess of the new valuation.Well done indeed. Sale not done and dusted yet but full expectations of a prompt and successful completion.

Rogue agency to be avoided at all costs. They are ignorant of the market place, highly arrogant but above all they are incompetent. To compensate for their incompetence, they are abusive and heavily rely on gaslighting you on the phone but will not commit such sentiments to writing. They act against the best interest of their client, the seller. The only way they can sell a house is at less than its market value. They will verbally abuse and try and coerce you sell at any price in order for them to get their commission. They do this through falsifying data, being incapable of dealing with buyers professionally with competence and will harass you multiple times a day to apply pressure. When challenged they act like petulant children and do not fulfil their contractual obligations. To anyone looking for an agent, heed the multiple warnings about this agency being rouges. Selling a home is an extremely stressful process compounded tenfold by the abusive, unprofessional and incompetence of these agents. Extremely concerning for old or vulnerable sellers who may be bullied by their agents into making poor financial decisions that will negatively impact their futures and standard of living, all so they can gain a commission at any cost. Our customers are the heart of our business, and we understand that our job is to put them first. We are glad that we were able to get to a successful exchange and completion on your property in Ottershaw. After having been on with several other agents for over a year and having had to reduce the property several times before coming to Seymours, it must have been a relief that we were finally able to secure a buyer for you.From the start, it was clear that you were unhappy with ‘the process’ itself because it sounds like you fell out with all four of the previous estate agents when they hadn’t found you a buyer. We believe in honest, factual advice and have built our business on these principles. The data we often use comes straight from rightmove which shows the entire marketplace of who is selling what and for how much. Whilst it may not have been what you wanted to hear, it is what you needed to know, and we didn’t force you to go through with the sale at the offer you agreed to. It’s a shame you felt the need to leave us this 1 star review even though we were the only ones to be honest with you from the start on the price and market. As it’s the first ever bad review and having had over 100 Google reviews that were all 5 stars, in this instance, we are going to have to agree to disagree with your recollection and politely wish you the best of luck. Aaron at the Camberley office managed to rent our apartment virtually after the first day of viewing.Following this, Annalise of the Woking branch took over and we have has an easy time up to the time of the actual move in day. Always available and actually answer emails and queries quickly which is unusual these days.I recommend Seymours and their agents who do not walk into a kitchen and state "this is the kitchen".

A viewing was arranged for a rental property. I was told a time via telephone to then receive a confirmation email which stated a different time, I can live with that. I get to the property and no agent is visible but a resident is in the home by the window. Another person arrived with children to view the same property. After a few more minutes a man opens the door and stares, I ask if he is the agent and he says he is the colleague of the agent. I explain I think there is a mix up as my appointment was 5 minutes ago and another person has arrived to view, he replies no problem we get as many people in as possible. I said oh I wasn't made aware others will be viewing with me and it was a little uncomfortable. His reply "you're confrontational!" I said that's rather unprofessional and he repeats that I am confrontational. He then proceeds to tell me to go wonder round, I asked if he wants me to view the house on my own, he said "no you go walk about and I'll follow or I'll be in your way" I said that's a different way of viewing and I'm not comfortable roaming around someone's property like that and would at the very least would expect him to tell me about the property, he repeated I was confrontational and then sarcastically said "THERE'S THE BATHROOM!" I replied I think I will leave and he retorted good I think you should. I will never rent any property from Seymours thanks to the most unprofessional, arrogant, lazy and rude 'estate agent' AARON!People's houses deserve respect and Aaron lacks respect in abundance. I didn't appreciate an email asking me to "put in an offer" before I had even viewed the property either!
