GoogleGot 2b by far the worst estate agents I've ever had the displeasure to come across. Rubbish at call backs, don't check if people have mortgages b4 allowing them 2put in offers then have the gall to try and charge £300 even when your sole agency is up. STAY AWAY FROM THESE IF U WANT TO SELL YOUR HOME COS THEY WON'T DO IT AND WASTE YOUR TIME!

We do have multiple ways in which people can contact us as we do appreciate that sometimes the phone lines can be busy, which is why we are also, available by email, our website and social media platforms, as well as our local offices also being available to call in person. We are aware that some response times have not met our own expectations due to staff shortages across the company as a result of self isolating requirements. GoogleEveryone I have dealt with at Tiger has been polite and orofessional. Easy to get hold of and get back to you when they say they will. Excellent photos taken of my property and efficient handling of viewings which led to a quick sale. Very satisfied.

Terrible service and never repair anything when asked. They ignore basic laws like finding out or contacting the owner. They don't stick to rental contract agreement terms.

I wanted to view a property in Blackpool and was told I had to provide proof of funds BEFORE a viewing no other estate agent has ever requested this before a viewing. Within 10 mins of me providing this was told it was sold.Very unimpressive.

GoogleDrove nearly 600 miles round trip to view a property they said they had booked me in to view. When I got there the owner advised me he had taken it off the market 8 weeks ago. No apologies from agent. No offer of reimbursement of petrol or tolls. Terrible service

GoogleMy parents sold their property through Tiger and they were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The photos they took were excellent and definitely helped to sell the property. All the staff were great and they kept my parents fully up to date throughout. I would highly recommend Tiger and wouldn't use any other agent!
