GoogleI had been with my previous Letting agents for some time and my property was vacant for 6 weeks without a tenant. I Switched to Martin and co and thanks to the professional help of Hamza who took control of the whole process we had a suitable tenant within a week. Mohammad and I were able to come up with a list of simple home improvements, which would improve the overall appeal/condition. I receive regular updates and have not had any issues so far thus I've transferred my portfolio to Martin & Co and as expected they are now rented. I would definitely recommend Martin & Co for landlords. 5/5

FacebookAwful service. Rarely respond to emails. Have been waiting 19 days now for a payment which Iv been told has been sent on 4 different occasions. Arranged viewings in my property, without informing me despite knowing I was still living there. Passed on my number to tenants to contact me personally even though I am paying for the property to be fully managed.

FacebookMuhammed took me to look around a property the day after I asked to view it. I was very happy with it and he took me back to the office to fill out the necessities and was moved in with in a week. Very friendly staff at the office too, professional and up for a good laugh.

GoogleDon't rent from Martin and co they don't like doing repairs as I've been waiting six months for a hole in the roof to be fixed they don't care just want your money and asorts of other problems what need fixing and guess what nothing Do not rent from Martin and co

GoogleM&C took over the management of my property from different agent at the same time of end of lease, all documents and financials lost, couldn't claim on bond and lost £900, property vacant for 3 months and lost another £2700. Go somewhere else!
