Facebookwanted to view a property for sale with their Thornton office whilst I had 2 weeks off work. 4 voicemails, 2 emails and no reply. not sure how they get properties sold if they are not getting back to potential buyers

Googlereally bad came out when they wanted when i was out at appointments when they where told they were not to entre when no one is in and still tryed. do what they want when ever it suits them. i would not go with any property with them ever again. they always canceilled job letting people view when other people are in the property, this is the house when we moved in.

GoogleAs a company I can not fault Martin & Co enough, I went for a commercial letting and it was all completed in lightning fast time. All the staff are incredibly friendly and nothing is too much trouble, they worked hard with the landlord to ensure a deal was set in place that suited us both. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a swift good service.

All the staff are incredibly friendly and nothing is too much trouble, they worked hard with the landlord to ensure a deal was set in place that suited us both. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a swift good service.

GoogleUnfortunately I didn’t get further than organising a date for the housing appraisal. However the service I had received from making an initial enquiry to cancelling the appointment was below average.

Not impressed. I arranged a rental viewing in Lytham and travelled 250 miles only to find that the contact, john apparently, did not turn up. Several other folk were standing around from earlier missed appointments. No phone call or apology. I guess its a renters market at the moment so they don't have to care too much

GoogleMy oven broke down and I reported the matter to Martin & Co on Thursday morning. The communication I had with Martin & Co was amazing, and they could not do enough to help. 24 hours later and we now have a brand new built-in oven, despite the Covid lock-down and despite it being Easter Bank Holiday weekend. Couldn't recommend them enough. Thanks guys. Martin

FacebookIncompetent at best, out and out deceitful at worst. Avoid this company at all costs. If they bother to answer the phone, or return calls at all, anything they say cannot be trusted.

Genuinely terrible, tried charging me for damages that were there when I moved in, and when I called the property manager one evening to inform him the the burglar alarm of one of the other flats was loudly going off, he sighed at me as though I was causing him some sort of terrible inconvenience.
