My experience was very poor when using them for selling property via Flyp. They did not respond promptly to the buyers when their colleague was on leave and no one covered that colleague's work/monitored the email. The deal was nearly fell through because of it!

GoogleAbsolutely shocking estate agents. Still waiting to hear back after over two weeks from the latest offer that I put in which was above the public notice on the house in question. They never answer the phone and the certainly don't get back to you. If your trying to sell a house good luck as that requires interaction with the customer. They also offer you a no obligation meeting with there mortgage adviser then get very upset when you chose not to use them. Over all such a terrible company would not recommend.

Our landlord works with Entwistle Green and, to be clear, we have no issue with the landlord himself. He was very fair, confirmed from the beginning that we had left the property in excellent condition, and approved the full return of our deposit.

Absolutely shocking company to sell your house with, never keep you in the loop about your house and you have to constantly ring them for updates, tell you there’s nothing they can do to help boost your homes selling, and charged over £5,000 to sell the house as they don’t let you come out the contract as they put in the clause if you cancel and the house sells within 12 weeks they will still charge the £5,400 fee, disgusting company.

If i could give minus 1 star i would, especially for the business in saint Anne’s, very prejudiced and judgy, i am a wealthy man and when inquiring about a property to rent to the snotty woman in charge of rental properties she immediately told me all properties are not available, such a horrible character trait to have.

GoogleApparently they have no staff to answer phones Terrible ethos if they are supposed to be letting properties and selling for people. How do you get customer if you don't engage with them And try as I might, I can't find their website anywhere. Which is another red flag.

GoogleExcellent Service! Jack Butterworth from the Blackpool branch has been outstanding. We had a challenging time frame for securing a rental, Jack supported us through the journey with good humour and good communication He pulled out all the stops to get contractors into the rental property to fix a few minor issues ahead of our imminent move in and really did put the Customer first. Seamless handover to Adam and Lisa when out of the office keeping us up to date almost hourly. Well done team we are so grateful for your help.

Entwistle Green Crosby is the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. The initial inventory was filled with outright lies and took a very long time to rectify, during our rental the problems we reported for maintenance took very long times to be fixed. The exit inventory check was booked for over a month, we both took time off work to attend it because they can not be trusted, only after we had arrived at the property and waited, past the time that they were supposed to arrive did we get a phone call saying that they were not coming. Again we can not trust them to do the inventory without us present to ensure it is done correctly. So we will loose more work to attend if it is rearranged.Disgusting behaviour and a shameful display of customer service.
