This company are thieves. Beware of them. They call you unlimited to convince you to rent a property and when you pay Deposite they tell you that your reff failed and hold onto your money. They do it to immigrants and target people of black race. They target immigrant who newly migrated to the company and try to get money from them. They defrauded us 1 week Deposite. Thieves. Be aware of Entwistle Green, Countrywide Group, under Connells Group in the UK

We signed a contract for full management with Entwistle Green in Widnes (co-firm of Countrywide and Connells Group) to rent out our property. They caused us damage on a value of our property by about £30000. They concealed their income in Annual tax report to HMRC repeatedly, ignored our complaints, refused to do check up, charged us money for work which has not been supported by any evidence, they charged us for uncomplete services, they have not cared about the law and the rights, they puy phone down or did not pick up their phone, the have not replied, ignored us to provide the documentation, they told answers differently from thr facts, and also the opposite between their workers, they caused irretrievable damages to us-landlord. Entwistle Green and Countrywide team went on Christmas holiday and knowingly left a leaking water on the tenants' heads. They were irresponsible ignorants, uselest unprofessionals, told us the lies, has not provided documentation and services ordered by the law, uncomplete documentatipn, reports, in entory, and check-out report for which they charged us they deducted our rental income without any documentation, quotes, photos for and after repairs, they allowed tenants to change a whole kitchen without our consent, if they changed gas, electricity, or water they had not made the revision reports, they caused us-the landlord many problems, they have not cared about 6x unpaid rent in two months arrears but told us that everything was fine, that the tenants were happy. They made us to feel that we were robbed and the law was ineffective to protect us-the landlord.

My name is Heather Mallard and my husband is called John. We have recently signed on with Entwistle Green Estate in Blackpool to fully manage our properties and we cannot recommend this estate agent high enough. On the same day that we signed the documents, Jack Butterworth and Adam Graham got us new tenants. They have been in contact regularly with us every step of the way to offer advice and to let us know where we are up to. One cannot ask more than that of any agent. We have had to chase nothing and everything that needed to be done legally has been done efficiently and expertly. We have had a very impressive service from them both and are delighted to give them both glowing references. We highly recommend Entwistle Green Estate to manage anyone's property. Our last agent Harris and Co failed to get a tenant into our property and it was left vacant for 4 months from Jan 2025. Disheartened we were considering selling it but Jack who came to look at it, advised us otherwise, and said he knew of tenants that would be suitable who had passed their credit checks and references and true to his word he had told us the truth. We could not be more thrilled with Entwistle Green Estate Agents.

I can't thank the Maghull Office in Merseyside enough for the help support and commitment the team provided throughout the purchase of my home. The knowledge, skills and abikity the team have is amazing, and although they are very busy, they always had time to help and assist. Communication was excellent throughout my purchase, to include excellent interpersonal skills that always made me feel reassured. The branch Manager Sarah and Georgia were totally amazing at their job and really lovely people. Sam, who was my financial advisor was truly both a lovely person and excellent at his job. Moving home is a stressful time, however. The team at Maghull helped me from start to end. I would highly recommend the team at Maghull to help with house sale,purchase or mortgages. I wanted a desk top valuation on my late dad's house. No problem they said, would be done in about a week. After that time, I contacted them and spoke to Darren. It was all in hand and would be done the following day. LIE. I rang again and spoke to Janet, she said the person that was dealing with it was off that day, but the manager had agreed to do it for me that afternoon. LIE. After a final phone call and another Lie, I gave up, and told them not to bother. I had said on 2 of these occasions, that if they didn't want to do it, to just say so and I would find another estate agent, but they assured me that it wasn't necessary.. I'm grieving for my precious dad, and really don't need this, but I will find another agent to complete this for me. I'm disgusted at the complete lack of service provided by Entwistle Green and the constant lies. You should be ashamed of how you have treated me when I'm going through this very sad time in my life. I picked up the keys to my new home today from Entwistle Green. I arranged my mortgage through a mortgage broker called Chris Holmes. Chris was very knowledge of the industry and explained everything In great detail knowing their products really well. Chris was able to find the best offers for mortgages on the market and get you the best deal and arrange all the home insurance too. This really did take the weight of my shoulder when I was buying my first home as a single person. This is the fist time I’d changed lender, from start to finish the whole process was made stress free and understandable thanks to Chris. Neglect and lies are the order of the day at entwistle greens.we went with them on the strength of their previous good name. They dont answer emails. They constantly lie to you with lame excuses. After complaining no action is taken. Details are published on portals prior to proof reading . Mistakes of grammar and text that was wrong and made no sense stayed like this despite complaining every day for a whole week. Photos were used that should not have been ,like front shot of house with skip in driveway . No new photos taken in 14 days so we sent in our own for them to use. Still no video after 14 days. It took 14days to put up a for sale board after requesting one from day one. Photos that were taken were of poor quality and in one shot the kitchen bin takes the scene. In another shot of the bedroom someone thought my dads ashes that were in the wardrobe should be in the picture. This agency used to be a good agency.it is now run by countrywide corporate estate agents and the staff obviously dont care one jot about their vendors and go their own merry way ignoring and neglecting their vendors wishes. I have honestly never recieved such shoddy non caring service like this ever in my 40 years of being involved in the property business.Yes I am also an estate agent but from a different location in the uk so I know what to expect from any agent . Very very disapointed with all staff at blackpool office and I will not be recommending your services.
