GoogleManaging some flats. Advised them in May 2024 to terminate tenancy failed to do it now 6 months later they still have not done it. Allowed tenant to damage my property and done nothing about it. STAY AWAY from these cowboys AWFUL service.Absolute Rubbish.

GoogleWe are very happy with the service Your move provided from marketing our property to sale. The team were responsive, professional and helpful. Being a first time buyer myself I had lots of questions and they were always happy to help. We were recommended to use their in-house solicitors which were the opposite of Your Move. They were slow, unhelpful, missed out paperwork and we ended up having to do an awful lot of the legwork organising our moving day and ensuring good communication for all parties involved. They didn’t keep in touch or tell us anything of what was going on so I am unsure why Your Move would recommend them or have them as their solicitors. The service received from Sarah at Your Move was especially brilliant. She was so understanding and quick to action anything. We would use Your move again just not the solicitor (Willsons Solicitors)

GoogleI asked Your Move to come and value my late mother's home; it was an extremely difficult time but Steve showed compassion and gave reassurances that whichever route we took to sell the property that we would be supported; I had go two valuations which included one from Your Move; the other estate agents valued the property £10,000 less; we decided to go with Your Move and within days we had a cash offer; it was such a smooth process and we are absolutely thrilled at the speed and professionalism of Your Move; the staff are great and because they are so professionals we had literally no stress; I was absolutely use Your Move in the future.

GoogleAfter meeting with Stephen the manager at the Blackburn branch, my husband and i decided to list our house with Your-move, Stephen spent a lot of time on the photos and they were of excellent quality.I live in an area where houses take on average of 20 weeks to sell ,within an hour of my house being marketed we had our first viewing,After 4 weeks and 4 days and 6 viewings we recieved an offer which we were happy to accept. The whole experience has been extremley positive i cant praise the team enough they are so professional and give 100%.I have always thought estate agents were very expensive but when you see how much effort these guys put in i assure you the fee is well worth it.I cant recommend them enough take the stress out of selling your house and go with Your-move. GoogleAfter trying to purchase a house with another agent which fell through, days before completion, we then came across another property with Your Move. They quickly and promptly arranged a viewing for us and were really helpful in showing us around and answering any questions. They were also more than happy to come back quite soon after to let us have a 2nd viewing. We are now proceeding with the sale and your move have been great at keeping us updated at every step, we haven't had to chase anything at all. After our first experience of buying a home really knocked our confidence in the process, we are happy that we have now found a better property with a great agents who have helped us every step of the way.
