GoogleCommunication Poor. Requested to see property to LET, was told only available to view on that day. Asked about other availability was simply told No. Arranged a time for a proxy visit only to be later told its not available anymore. Asked for 15 minutes later (5.30pm) to be told we dont work after 5.30pm. I had to insist on 5.25pm and they reluctantly agreed. Upon visit was told no one else is interested so it could be yours. Imagine being the landlord unaware of how difficult it is to view their property. Eventually agreed to pay holding deposit. Thereafter was refused sight of a contract until day I move in. Apparently it's how it's always done. Had to state their own code of practice to them before a draft generic contract was supplied. On the day of picking keys 🔑 up was told office is open from 9.30. On arrival was told paper work isn't ready and that apparently I should have called or waited for a call! Communication at this point got better after I saw them face to face and listed off the misdemeanours (hence 2*). Managed to meet the landlords uncle who came to sort out a few issues with the property. Relayed the dealing to him, wasn't impressed given the fees paid to this company. If you're a tennant (bad luck) you have to deal with them. If you're a landlord, pay someone else to do a better job, this company will cost you good tennants.

GoogleWe recently relocated from overseas and after some disappointing experiences with another agency, we got in touch with Your Move. Right from the very first conversation I had with Sarah it was clear they would do all they could to help us find a property. Nicola was excellent in organising all the paperwork and ensuring that everything was in order. She was in communication with us throughout and kept us informed. Sarah and team have been superb, she has supported me with the proceedings of my new purchase for my dream home. Sarah has upheld a high tier of professionalism and delivered a good quality service. Sarah has kept me up to date regularly with key updates and responding to any of my concerns or questions efficiently and promptly. GoogleDon't use this estates she got a surveyor to cause damage to the attic to get a doctor she introduced 15k discount. Sarah Caterall has refused to give me the name of the surveyors despite repeated email requests. Disgusting what people do to make some money.

GoogleAs a anxious over worrier I cant recommend your move enough! 100% professional, took the time to explain everything ( sometimes over and over again), treated my home with respect and care and never hid anything from me and only worked to gain the best for myself and my eventual buyer. GoogleThese guys have been nothing but unhelpful and rude. We have rented a property with them for 2 years we have never missed a payment and other than raise concerns over the property we have been good tenants. From day one once we had signed the contract on the house it was clear that they were not in the slightest bit bothered about us. There were a number of issues with the property that still to this day have not been addressed and their attitude to it has been disgusting. We are 2 families living in the same house (my eldest daughter and her son live with us) we have recently been issued a section 21 notice to quit the tenancy agreement totally out of the blue. This gives us 2 months to find somewhere new to live either together or more likely we will have to go on to live separately. All my grandson has known is living with us so this has been a terribly upsetting time for us all added to the panic of finding somewhere to live. Not once has Your Move in Blackburn offered to help us in any way, they have not suggested any houses that we may be interested in or discussed our options with us. I am disgusted that they can see 2 families one of which is a single parent with a 3 year old boy facing eviction and not offer us any support. Whilst it is disgusting Iwe are not surprised given the way we have been disregarded during our tenancy. Please think twice before you use these guys they do not work for you at all their only concern is the landlord.
