GoogleVery poor service received by my daughter these people have wasted time in uploadinf pictures they have been disrespectful to my daughter on the phone hanging up on her not keeping her updated and generally full of excuses about their poor service. She is waiting for the area manager to look in to the case and hopefully she will be refunded £150 which was charged for literally stress stress and more stress shocking that such behaviour is actually being practised

GoogleI recently bought a property where Nicola was acting on behalf of the seller. Nicola was in constant communication throughout meaning the transaction progressed with the minimum of fuss. Even after the sale, Nicola has been keen to help when needed. Will be using if I need letting or selling services.

Google3 times i was let down.. 1st i showed up to the viewing and there has been a mix up. Didnt see the house. 2nd i showed up, they told me they cant access the property. Didnt see that house eather Just now I showed up on time to see a property, it turns out that the agent allready left because "i was the last person to view it" as if thats an excuse. Overall, i made 3 appointments, showed up to 3 of them, managed to view 0 of them. Pretty bad in my opinion 😐

GoogleAfter having 5 estate agents value the house, we chose Your Move as, even though not the cheapest fee wise, they offer a whole package, able to organise solicitors for both selling and purchasing a new property. Throughout the whole process the Blackburn branch team were in contact and always happy to help in any way. Although we were initially promised open house viewings, these unfortunately did not come to fruition. But within a month of putting the house on the market, Your Move sold it. I do recommend them as an estate agent to consider.

GoogleNicola & Sarah did an excellent selling my properties they chased the buyers till the end put up with the headaches of problems that their solicitors gave us kept us fully informed of all the steps we needed to take & all information needed. Sorry guys but I’m never moving again but would & have recommended you to others. Thank you for everything hope you all have a lovely Christmas from all of us.
