As a buyer, I wasn't expecting the level of service I received from her and her team as she answered all questions and followed up very promptly. GoogleThe customer service from Your Move was excellent, the staff communicated well through phone calls and emails, always providing responsive messages and satisfactory answers to any questions I had. I've worked with Your Move 2/3 times now and they are one of the best estate agents I've worked with because the staff have always been wonderful. In future, i would definitely be happy to work with them again.

YellShocking Service
Tried to book a viewing was told they only do viewings through the week and would have to take a day off work .Telephone messages where not passed on. Promises of return calls have not been met.Emails have gone unanswered.I am a First Time buyer with a Mortgage in place, I have nothing to sell and can complete very quickly.The agents are charging a small fortune and are supposed to be acting on behalf of the vendor I believe the Agents are in no way acting in the vendors best interest and unless I take a day off work I will not be able to view the property. As the property is empty I cannot contact the vendor myself and I wonder if they are aware they have a potential buyer that is being prevented from viewing their property simply because his only day off is a Sunday.I understand the security risks of night time viewings but this issue can be overcome.I have found the staff to be anything but polite or proffesional ,and I am still waiting for a promised return call !!!!!.

We used Your Move to administer our home whilst we were overseas and almost all of our dealings were therefore carried out remotely, with only one face-to-face meeting in the (just over a year) we dealt with them. First, the good. The agents in the branch were very efficient and contracts were dealt with smoothly and the property was rented out to excellent tenants very promptly. After this is where the good comments sadly end. The problem is that the service is heavily decentralised, so contracts are dealt with in branch, maintenance at another office, accounts, tax, etc etc, elsewhere. A central point of contact would have been nice as if I pay someone to manage a property, I don't expect to be passed from pillar to post. Whilst this was annoying, it wasn't a deal-breaker and we persisted for a while. Where it all started to fall apart was when it came to maintenance. We ended up with a leaking conservatory and so paid for their recommended contractor to do the work. Two months later, at the next instance of bad weather, the roof started leaking again slightly further along the wall. Since then, their maintenance department has continually defended the contractors, despite the leak being confirmed by three parties including the tenants and YourMove's own property inspector. This, along with other issues regarding communication finally prompted us to pay a surcharge to end our contract with them and frankly, it has actually been significantly less stressful, at least those parts that haven't involved us hearing the maintenance department continue to defend the contractors and refuse to help their paying customers. The local manager was at least somewhat helpful when we decided to end our relationship, but the unhelpful internal structure of the company as a whole made the experience deeply unsatisfactory and there is now very little I could commend the company as a whole on, despite the conduct of the local office (who were supportive enough to make me feel too guilty to drop the rating to 1 star). Seriously, a great service if you still want to micro-manage your concerns and pay someone else for the privilege.

Messed my parents around and caused lots of stress moving, apart from sending potential buyers to my mothers house without informing my mother is one thing then only to be told they would get keys Friday, so my mother cancalled telephone ,sky, ect and van booked to only be told its been delayed again. Hopefully some claim can be made against these timewasters
