GoogleI applied for a property through your move I was assigned with Nicola who I would like to thank for her amazing work. Nicola has kept me up to date with everything thats being done to the property with great communication. Nicola has been amazing throughout the whole process and I couldn't recommend her enough. GoogleBeen a landlord for almost 25 years and used various agents in that time, but I've found the level of service for lettings to be the very best at Your Move. Nicola went above and beyond what other agents would do to solve issues with one of my flats and swiftly found a tenant. Highly recommended.

GoogleWhilst Nicola was excellent at getting my flat I have now been let down by Your Move, after 3 months of leaving the flat on 21 June I have not received my deposit back. I now have to put in a dispute with the Dispute Resolution Service after many calls with Your Move Blackburn.

GoogleThe whole process with Your Move and Mark was outstanding. He took pictures and advertised the property. Set a date for viewings, we had around 10 viewings and 5 offers on the day. The house was sold in less than 2 weeks! Mark and Sarah have been exceptional throughout the whole process. I can’t thank them enough for everything they’ve done. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone wanting to buy/sell a property. Thank you!

GoogleIm not best pleased with the way you have advertised a bungalow to rent on moorland road langho .it is not at all like pictures on your advert . The photos make it look really nice . I travelled from wrexham to langho to be greeted by a tree almost blocking the entrance and the state of the bungalow left a lot to be desired it was not as we were led to believe ready to move into ..the landlord was there fitting a carpet .he was a loverly man . I think the way it was advertised was from photos years ago . And to my mind was false representation. To spend 3 hours travelling was a waste of my time had I k ow it wasn't ready for letting I wouldn't have viewed it and wasted my time .

GoogleMy whole experience with Nicola from Your Move, has been exceptional. She has kept me upto date on everything with the house from start to finish. She is calm, kind, courteous and extremely professional. I picked my keys up on Saturday and Nicola phoned me this morning to check that everything is going well. Even with a few teething issues at the beginning (not Your Move related) Nicola supportive and did everything she could to make to help me over come them.

GoogleThe best decision I made was to rely on Your Move to deal with the sale of my house. I met with other Estate Agents but hands down Stephen from YM was the most professional and instilled the most confidence. I was 100% correct, the sale process was easy and thorough and I couldn't be a more satisfied customer. My advice would be, if you're looking for the best chance of selling your house, don't bother ringing anyone else, Your Move are head and shoulders the best! My sale is now complete and I would like to thank Stephen, Nicola and Sarah for all their hard work during this time. As I said in my original review, Your Move Blackburn are in my opinion head an shoulders the best estate agents in this area and I would strongly urge anyone who is selling to use their service. My only negative would be Stephen's horse racing tips :-) Thanks again from a very satisfied customer!

GoogleIf you could rate with zero plus stars them I definitely would, stay well clear away from these people totally time waisters and very cheeky the guy called Mark is really disrespectful especially the way he talks to women if your looking to rent buy or sell stay well clear go to professional estate agents not these clowns

GoogleNicola and Sarah have been amazing throughout the past 18months. Both going out of they way to assist me finding a house (needed 1 urgently due to ongoing issues with a property). Both kept me up to date with properties and having found a new property, both Sarah and Nicola assisted with the admin. Many thanks to Nicola who had to battle through a new renting system, she got there in the end which meant we got keys a lot sooner and also Sarah who assisted in the many questions I had. Thanks again Sarah and Nicola, its been a pleasure.
