Sam from Charles Carr was a great help trying to negotiate a sale for a house we loved. Although the outcome was not what we hoped, her customer service was great. She kept us informed throughout in a timely manner. She answered any queries we had quickly and efficiently too. Hopefully we will have dealings with her and/or this agent in the future. I've had no problems with your company and Alia who has been my main point of contact, Always happy to help me and gave good advice. Only point to work on is that we made it clear quite early on what our max price would be but still got a few recommended properties that were way above that. Not enough to deduct a star for though.
