GoogleWe have now bought and sold through Russell Property. Quite honestly, the best team in town. They have been nothing but patient and supportive throughout the process and every single member of the team deserves a special mention. They are all collectively great at what they do and they genuinely care. Strong local knowledge and a great approach. Cannot recommend them enough. Thank you to the entire team for all your help and support!

GoogleViewed 2 properties with russels and information about parking was mixed up (by the agent) about both. I moved into one of the properties i viewed based information about parking availability given by the agent. The flat i was told had parking actually had none, but only found out after moving in. After complaining to the estate agent they basically said there was nothing they could do. Frankly they couldn't care less once they had my deposit money. They are just another bunch of standard slimey estate agents with a spinkle of incompetence.

GoogleI called simply to confirm whether a property was still available to rent - and if so, ask a few short questions about it. Instead, I was immediately interrogated for sensitive information, e.g., my job title and salary. To be clear, I hadn't asked to view the property. But rather than help, they chose to "qualify" me first - presumably to help them decide whether I was worthy of their time. Of course, tenants are ten-a-penny, so my refusal to comply will make absolutely no difference to them. Bottom line: unless you're a landlord, you're just not important. Be warned!

FacebookLife will surely teach you lesson before you will experience the good part of it, I have a bad experience falling from one scam to another until I read up a post about Mrs. victoria crypto, I was still in doubt kept seeing many testimony's of her good work so I was convinced and decided to give it a try and I gave in my last shot and invested $2000 for a start, she really played are own part of the deal as she promised me, now I have gotten my second withdrawal without paying for other charges fee like others account manager, If you are searching for an honest account manager, search no more and add up Mrs. victoria crypto who taught me all I needed to know, thank you maam and may you have strength to continue to help others like you did for me. GoogleWe have been letting our flat in Bishops Stortford through Russell Group since we bought it 10 years ago. Indeed, we also appreciated their advice when we purchased the flat. The service ever since, from Nicola, Abbie and the whole team, has been highly professional, prompt and friendly.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
