GoogleLived in Ashdale for 5 years at a house managed by Russell Property. I cannot praise the staff there enough. Always ready to help in anything we needed with a smile on their face. We moved 7 months ago to a different area. One of the reasons we hesitated to move was because the house we found was with a different agency. Myself and my wife are very thankful for how we were always treated, even after we moved, with the agency contacting us and collecting our mail and parcels.

GoogleRussell property are the best agent I have ever come across. I was initially looked after by Neisha with my purchase, who was super professional and helpful. Once we had agreed the price I was passed onto Vanessa who dealt with getting the chain in place and exchange. I’m sure the exchange would not have happened if it was not for Vanessa’s tenacity and energy. We had 6 in the chain and she was onto each part several times a day until exchange took place (solicitors, agents and vendors!). Amazing people, amazing firm, definitely recommend!!

GoogleSince we started working with Russell Properties concerning our residential properties we've had an excellent service. They are professional and helpful to us and equally fair to our tenants. Keeping on top of repairs and dealing with them effectively is important to us and their quarterly inspections really help in that regards. I would thoroughly recommend them as a reliable partner when letting residential property.

GoogleAfter being unimpressed with another agency I entrusted with selling my development, I got in touch with Josh at Russell Property. The photos and marketing of the properties were fantastic, which meant an increase in viewings. The first property was sold within a month of going live and the sales process was seamless. Having just sold the final property in what is now a challenging market, I can’t thank everyone at RP for all their help. Josh, Neisha, Vanessa and Abbie have been brilliant in all aspects of selling a property and I would definitely recommend.

Rachel and Nicola have been the best agents I have ever dealt with and I can say exactly the same about their rest of the team. They were really pro-active in chasing things when other agents and solicitors were dragging their feet. I will 100% use them if we ever sell our property in Bishops Stortford as they clearly go above and beyond for their clients. Vanessa and Abbey regularly kept me in the loop despite not being their direct client. I can't thank them enough for all their hard work throughout the process.

GoogleA fabulously attentive service throughout, making what can be a stressful time, relatively stress free. Nothing was too much trouble and both Oliver and Alicia were always responsive to my needs, whatever the time or query. I would definitely recommend Russell Property and use them again one day, but not for a few years!!
