The lovely Fredrico who originally showed me the property was also thorough in her knowledge and follow up questions were answered. Brilliant team of women! Well done!

GoogleWe have dealt with a few estate agents with buying and selling our properties and I can safely say Russell Property are head and shoulders above the rest. Alicia in the Stansted office and her team Oliver and Emily were fantastic during the sales phase and so was Abbie getting us to exchange and completion. They communicate every step of the way, give you honest and sound advice and you feel really taken care of. Their customer service is great across the board so it obviously comes from the top, down. Couldn't recommend these guys more. Thank you for making, what has been a fairly stressful process, so much easier.

GoogleWe have recently worked with Russell Property as we had to secure a rental property when moving to a new town. Their service has been great throughout the entire process and has continued after we finished moving in, as we had a couple of minor issues in the first few months of our rental. I would recommend Russell to anyone who is looking for professionalism but also friendly customer service, an increasingly rare occurrence in the real estate agency market.

GoogleGod answered a major prayer request for our family through Russel Property in Bishop's Stortford. We were very new to the UK and needed to find a place to rent as soon as possible. I walked into their office without an appointment and was introduced to Jack who listened intently about what I was hoping to find. He had something available that was not even listed yet. I was able to walk there immediately after speaking with him to meet Pippa who just happened to be at the property. I felt home there immediately. Jack had been honest that the property needed some work, but that Russel's would work with me to help get it move-in ready. Jack, Pippa, Leah, Hannah and Jo all patiently answered all my questions. Eventually Jo became my go-to person for arranging all the services that had to come into the house to install a boiler, fix odds and ends, change an appliance, etc. and as of today, my family lives in a modernized and beautiful home. We are so happy with Russel's and are especially glad for the rapport built up with Jo through our many emails and calls and even seeing each other round the town. These are honest and kind people to work with and we wholeheartedly recommend them!

GoogleAll the team at Russell’s took good care of us during our 6 year tenancy, any problems we had needing repairs were promptly reported by Nicola and Tommy to the landlord. Rachel was amazing getting our deposit back for us at the end of our tenancy. Thanks for all your help!

FacebookI work in a long sales cycle where building relationships is absolutely imperative to delivering results and I knew that selling a house was by no means a short sales cycle. Getting on with the agent selling my property and working well together was going to be really important. I think even more of a priority for me was not feeling like another number on the board and being treated like a human being. I went through a meticulous process of finding the best Estate Agent for the job in Bishop's Stortford and Josh was by far the leading candidate. He took time to find out about what our requirements were and worked really hard to find the right buyer. He made it clear that it wasn't about getting the property on and off the market as quickly as possible, but instead to find a legitimate buyer and to achieve the best possible price which is exactly what Russells did. My property sold above asking price and the process from start to finish took 8 weeks. Josh was always on hand keeping me updated, answering questions and reassuring us throughout the process. Thank you Josh for everything! I will have absolutely no hesitation in recommending both Josh and Russell Property to anyone looking to sell, buy or let a house in Bishop's Stortford or the surrounding area.

GoogleLived in Ashdale for 5 years at a house managed by Russell Property. I cannot praise the staff there enough. Always ready to help in anything we needed with a smile on their face. We moved 7 months ago to a different area. One of the reasons we hesitated to move was because the house we found was with a different agency. Myself and my wife are very thankful for how we were always treated, even after we moved, with the agency contacting us and collecting our mail and parcels.
