I asked Pippa to help with the rental of my late Mothers house which needed updating. Pippa advised me what to spend money on and what needed a coat of paint to get the house in the best place possible to achieve the best rental value. Once photos were taken and the house was available for viewing Pippa kept me updated every step of the way. Within two weeks I had secured a lovely family to rent the house. It’s been a very easy and pleasant process from start to finish. Pippa is very knowledgable and professional in her manner leading to a seamless transition for both myself and the tenant.

We recently completed on our first home, buying through Russell Property. From start to finish our experience was 1st class and the entire team were highly professional and efficient. We dealt with Ellie in the first instance who went out of her way to speak with us to understand our requirements and our budget. From there, Ellie kept us posted on a number of properties that were coming up for sale. Although, one house particularly stood out which was off-market, in which we were the first to view and ticked all of our boxes. To make it even better the house was on our dream road, something which we had mentioned to Ellie in our first couple of chats. During the conveyancing and sales progression we dealt with Becky and Paula, both of whom were very attentive and lovely to speak with, always keeping us regularly informed on the progress of our purchase. We could also not forget Doug, who covered Becky whilst she was away on holiday, and done a great job at pushing the final stages of our purchase along and helping to get us to point of exchange. This really highlighted the team’s strength at Russell Property given there was no lack of communication during leave or wasted time. Selling your house you think is going to be easy, but it actually turned out to be not straight forward and quite stressful, however, I couldn’t have made a better choice in going with Russell Properties. They did their utmost to make the process as painless as possible. First offer accepted and then 20 mins later stating offer no longer accepted without any grounds. Clearly trying to boost their commission.
