GoogleHonestly, I can’t recommend Russell Property enough. Vanessa, Thomas and Doug have all made the process of buying a property so much easier. I’ve been quite nervous after missing out on other properties and so have been ‘slightly’ neurotic and they have helped me through. They have answered probably the silliest of questions and responded quickly to emails and phone calls. I obviously don’t know the process of selling with them, but I’d say their service would be exactly the same. I would definitely recommend them. They are professional and will keep you up to date about everything. I could go on, but I won’t. Big thank you to them😊PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleRussell Property have recently helped us to sell a house which belonged to a relative who sadly had to go into a nursing home last year. They could not have been more helpful, they did all the viewings for us and kept us up to date with progress throughout the process. They secured us a final selling price substantially higher than other estate agents which we invited to value the property at the start wanted to market the property at. Selling property is always a stressful business with hold ups and problems along the way but Russell Property have made things as easy as possible for us and we are very gratefulPositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleWe both sold and bought through Russell. Real great, professional service from from start to finish from Gary, Adeline, Doug and the whole team. Vanessa particularly demonstrated their value when it came towards exchange of contracts, with thorough and comprehensive chasing of solicitors and all parties to ensure we got things over the line. She really was fantastic and we couldn't have gotten through it without her! We're now on the other side, in our new home and couldn't be happier!

FacebookMy wife and I recently sold a property via Russell Property, Bishops Stortford. We were really impressed by the service delivered by the team but most notably by Josh Davison. Josh provided us with fantastic support from start to finish and in our opinion went over and above what was expected - including out of hours phone calls and responding to our numerous questions! He has deep local knowledge, pocesses great insight and experience into the selling and buying process and is an asset to the Partnership. Having performed a lot of research on which estate agent to contract with, we are really happy to have worked with Russell Property. They provide a professional service with a great success rate but, as demonstrated by Josh, do so with a personal touch and go the extra mile to understand its clients needs. Thank you for everything and we would not hesitate to recommend to family and friends.
