GoogleI have been with Rusell Property for slightly over two years and I want to say that they are most professional and friendly agency I have ever dealt with. Rachel and Nicola have been the best agents I have ever dealt with and I can say exactly the same about their rest of the team. If I ever need any propert agency, Russel Property will be my first choice. All issues with the property have been dealt with promptly and professionally, with a great communication from all the staff members in the agency. Kind regards for the whole team.

GoogleRussel Property were acting for the person we were buying from and they pretty much kept the whole chain together single handed. They were really pro-active in chasing things when other agents and solicitors were dragging their feet. I will 100% use them if we ever sell our property in Bishops Stortford as they clearly go above and beyond for their clients. Vanessa and Abbey regularly kept me in the loop despite not being their direct client. I can't thank them enough for all their hard work throughout the process.

GoogleAfter being unimpressed with another agency I entrusted with selling my development, I got in touch with Josh at Russell Property. The photos and marketing of the properties were fantastic, which meant an increase in viewings. The first property was sold within a month of going live and the sales process was seamless. Having just sold the final property in what is now a challenging market, I can’t thank everyone at RP for all their help. Josh, Neisha, Vanessa and Abbie have been brilliant in all aspects of selling a property and I would definitely recommend.

GoogleRussell property are the best agent I have ever come across. I was initially looked after by Neisha with my purchase, who was super professional and helpful. Once we had agreed the price I was passed onto Vanessa who dealt with getting the chain in place and exchange. I’m sure the exchange would not have happened if it was not for Vanessa’s tenacity and energy. We had 6 in the chain and she was onto each part several times a day until exchange took place (solicitors, agents and vendors!). Amazing people, amazing firm, definitely recommend!!

GoogleA fabulously attentive service throughout, making what can be a stressful time, relatively stress free. Nothing was too much trouble and both Oliver and Alicia were always responsive to my needs, whatever the time or query. I would definitely recommend Russell Property and use them again one day, but not for a few years!!

GoogleViewed 2 properties with russels and information about parking was mixed up (by the agent) about both. I moved into one of the properties i viewed based information about parking availability given by the agent. The flat i was told had parking actually had none, but only found out after moving in. After complaining to the estate agent they basically said there was nothing they could do. Frankly they couldn't care less once they had my deposit money. They are just another bunch of standard slimey estate agents with a spinkle of incompetence.
