GoogleWe have recently worked with Russell Property as we had to secure a rental property when moving to a new town. Their service has been great throughout the entire process and has continued after we finished moving in, as we had a couple of minor issues in the first few months of our rental. I would recommend Russell to anyone who is looking for professionalism but also friendly customer service, an increasingly rare occurrence in the real estate agency market.

GoogleThe marketing and finding a buyer was the easy part and the team at Russell's did a really good job. Then the problems started and the team, Vanessa in particular, began to earn their fee. The problems with our sale ranged from Covid restrictions to increased volumes of all searches etc. due to the Stamp Duty holiday to mortgage offers being withdrawn to an unresponsive and unorganised buyer's solicitor. The whole process took 22 weeks. Vanessa was with us all the way working, even on her days off, to get us moved. She was talking to the Managing Agent for our Apartment, to our buyer's Mortgage Broker, to our buyer's Solicitor to our buyer to our seller's solicitor to our seller's Estate Agent and to our seller. Towards the end these conversations were happening on a daily basis. Not only did Vanessa do all this but she also managed to keep our stress levels to as close to normal as possible. Like many people I thought Estate Agent fees were far too high, but certainly Russell Property earned their fees with this sale and I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone considering selling their property.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleCould not be happier with Russell Property. This estate agency is staffed with professional courteous staff who combine excellent interpersonal skills with a prompt, reliable and efficient service. We primarily dealt with Tom Caulfield and he was excellent. He drove the sale through so that we have been able to be "in situ" before Xmas and we have always found him to be responsive, helpful, and his comments / advice was always on-point. If you want to sell a property in the area or indeed purchase one, use Russell Property, they are first class.

FacebookI work in a long sales cycle where building relationships is absolutely imperative to delivering results and I knew that selling a house was by no means a short sales cycle. Getting on with the agent selling my property and working well together was going to be really important. I think even more of a priority for me was not feeling like another number on the board and being treated like a human being. I went through a meticulous process of finding the best Estate Agent for the job in Bishop's Stortford and Josh was by far the leading candidate. He took time to find out about what our requirements were and worked really hard to find the right buyer. He made it clear that it wasn't about getting the property on and off the market as quickly as possible, but instead to find a legitimate buyer and to achieve the best possible price which is exactly what Russells did. My property sold above asking price and the process from start to finish took 8 weeks. Josh was always on hand keeping me updated, answering questions and reassuring us throughout the process. Thank you Josh for everything! I will have absolutely no hesitation in recommending both Josh and Russell Property to anyone looking to sell, buy or let a house in Bishop's Stortford or the surrounding area.

GoogleLived in Ashdale for 5 years at a house managed by Russell Property. I cannot praise the staff there enough. Always ready to help in anything we needed with a smile on their face. We moved 7 months ago to a different area. One of the reasons we hesitated to move was because the house we found was with a different agency. Myself and my wife are very thankful for how we were always treated, even after we moved, with the agency contacting us and collecting our mail and parcels.
