I cannot praise enough the superb professionalism and brilliance of Loraine Pateman at Mullucks. From start to finish she has been exceptional, patient, thorough, clear, always on the ball and totally courteous and empathetic at every turn. Our prior experience with other companies / lettings agents had been pretty depressing so what an absolute breath of fresh air and brilliance the service and support has been from Mullucks. Thank you doesn't really say it properly - but nonetheless, a huge thank you!!

GoogleI can not thank Loraine enough for all her assistance, she has gone above and beyond to ensure both us as tenants and our land lord had a positive outcome, I would also like to thank Nikki too who was a pleasure to deal with and did an exceptional job as well. We feel they are both a credit to not only Mullocks but their industry as a whole. It is worth mentioning Loraine has a strong and good understanding of the law as well so not only lovely people but know what they are doing and talking about as well. We have been tenants with Mullucks for 2 years and they have been outstanding so would have no reservations in recommending them to both tenants and land lords. On the property management side led by Zoe Porter organising repairs and decoration between tenancies, and Loraine Pateman finding a tenant so quickly and managing that process. Mullucks are an excellent and professional firm. They use Rightmove and Zoopla and the presentation of the property was excellent. They also allowed myself to do a viewing which paid dividends. From start to finish they were excellent. Obviously you always have minor glitches but that’s standard with any house move. For the catchment area , I wouldn’t look anywhere else
