We just moved in to our new flat with Intercounty, from the beginning tour of the property to the final signatures being signed everything was very professional and friendly. The support and guidance provided was excellent, any questions we had got answered quickly and as a first time client I was expecting it to be very complicated but the team at Intercounty made it simple and stress free. Our agent Sheli Choudhury was awesome. Anything we needed she was there for us. I can't thank you enough for everything you did. Would recommend her to anyone looking to move into a new home :)

The best estate agents in Bishop Stortford. Couldn't have done anymore for us in our property hunting process. Having decided we wanted to relocate to Bishop Stortford, myself and my husband spent the day going round all the estate agents in Bishop Stortford and registering our details and from the get go Intercounty stood out. Helen took all our details and just sat and chatted to us for a while. A few days later she phoned and said I've just been to view a property that I think you'll love. A week later we got to review said property and did in fact love it, unfortunatly it wasn't to be, but Helen and Matt didn't give up there they showed us multiple properties and eventually we found 'Our Forever Home' and we couldn't be happier. Once our offer was agreed we was introduced to Doug Whybrow, the Sales Progressor and Doug has been great. Constantly chasing our sellers and keeping us updated. He has gone above and beyond to get our purchase across the line. Honestly, from start to finish the whole team at Intercounty Bishop Stortford have been absolutely amazing and we would highly recommend them if you are thinking of purchasing or selling a property. Intercounty Saffron Walden guided us through our selling process. Blake and Karen make a brilliant combination with local knowledge, general knowledge of home buying and selling mixed with enthusiasm and personability needed for negotiating with their clients.
