GoogleIntercounty has the best staff. They will find time to get you entertained even the most busiest time. Not just that, the transition from inquiring, booking an appointment for viewing, down to screening and getting the key -‐- all were seamless. I personally wanna thank these guys for their professionalism, patience, and hospitality. Cheers to more tenancy service. PS: Their office really makes you feel warm.

12 months of emails, quotes and excuses. If you fancy paying market rates on a rental that isn't market rentable, Intercounty are the Estate Agent for you!It's understandable that Covid has caused some serious delays but 12 months on and we're still asking for maintenance to fix kitchen cupboards, the front door, black mould on walls and sealant around the bath. It's only been a month asking for maintenance to reseal the bath plughole so we can have a bath without contents spilling onto the floor. We had enjoyed 5 years renting this property without any issues. The past 12 months however has been so frustrating that I've directly contacted the Landlord to see if there is a reason why there has been such a delay. Our Landlord has also been experiencing issues with Intercounty and their poor communication & property management. Sadly for her she's also paying them management fees.I'd encourage people to try another Estate Agent because Intercounty really aren't doing the job they're paid to do.

GoogleWhen I phoned Helen at Intercounty I shared how worried I was about selling during Covid times. Since we have been shielding since March it was impossible to get used to the idea of having people round to view our house. Helen reassured me that we could do the whole process online as much as possible. I took pictures, not all of them were great but Jack at Intercounty advised me about this so I tried again. I then put together a detailed virtual tour and asked Intercounty if they could share this with anyone interested. If they were still interested they could then come and view the house. It just took two viewings with windows open, masks on and social distancing to get a good offer. I can't believe we did it! Thank you Intercounty at Bishops Stortford for such a reliable service! It has been an incredibly tough time due to going through a divorce and having to sell my home - not to mention the global pandemic - and at times it has been very overwhelming dealing with it all on my own. Thank you in particular to Olivia, who I dealt with at the beginning of the process who was so helpful, friendly and bubbly and secured a sale for us in a matter of days, and also to Doug - my superb sales progressor/therapist who went above and beyond! I think I've spoken to Doug more in the past few months than I have my own mother! Thank you for being the only one (it seemed) who communicated through this whole process and getting things done!!! GoogleWe had exceptional service from Intercounty for our sale and purchase (they managed both), I can't praise them enough. In a difficult market we had issues with the chain, which looked beyond repair at one stage. The Intercounty team (namely Doug and Jack) managed to find us another buyer and purchase at the 11th hour and negotiated so that the deal worked for all. The process was then carefully brought to a close. In my experience, having moved several times before, it is rare to find an agent that takes care of its customers as well as Intercounty Bishop's Stortford does!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleWe bought our house through intercounty and the process, even in the midst of a pandemic, only took two months. A large part of this is down to how well Doug who manages sales progressions dealt with our purchase. Nothing was too much to ask, even after we moved in and we needed a few questions answered from the previous owner. We also found Helen on the sales side to be very knowledgeable about the area and she provided some excellent information on the history of the property as well as ideas for development etc. All in all a very positive experience with Intercounty Bishops Stortford
