Fantastic from start to finish, from the minor detail such as where the electric meter is to the finer detail such as daily updates on pretty much everything. Marion Pearson the Senior Sales Negotiator was key to all of our discussions, Marion deserves to be recognised for all her efforts.

I found Intercounty excellent in the way they sold a property that I own. From start to finish they were very professional which was especially pleasing as the property was previously on with another local agent who were completely useless. In particular I would like to thank Dominic who tirelessly to complete the sale, continually keeping me informed of the progress being made with Solicitors etc. I would highly recommend Intercounty for sales as well as lettings who I have used for over 10 years.

I have used Intercounty for renting out my property for a number of years now. The Management staff have, on the whole, been very good. Professional, helpful and courteous, particularly Dimple Johal, whom I could not fault and has gone above and beyond her job description. On selling my property the whole team were very professional and Doug Whybrow was fantastic helping move things along and assuring me daily in a professional but friendly manner. He nagged when I asked him to. He chased when I asked him to and even let me rant and moan proving to be a sympathetic ear. I hope he is appreciated and is given a pay rise in due course! Many thanks for all your help.

We really had a good experience of Intercounty from start to finish . The photos of the house and description were well- presented. The team took control of viewings with good attention to small details which helped to sell the property. Particularly impressive was the service after offer was accepted , coordinating with the buyers to smooth over the transition to exchanging contracts which could have resulted in a lost sale if it was not for the tenacity of the agent- and especially Jenny who acted as an intermediary at this time.

GoogleIntercounty have been a key part of us securing our dream home when there were solicitor issues lower in the chain. Doug would call us frequently to update us, would take all of our calls with care and made phone calls to solicitors and agents when it really wasn't his responsibility to do so. I cannot thank them enough for their service. And yes, we got the dream home !

GoogleA banana would do a better job at selling than these guys. Incredibly rude lady named Helen, speaks over you, rude and clearly doesn’t care about her clients. She couldn’t sell plastic surgery to Joan rivers. Very disappointed in the service I received, I would expect a better service from a company as large as intercounty. She dropped the ball regarding communication, scheduled to call me and didn’t, refused to submit my offer, lack of negotiation skills and most annoyingly.. lied. Due to her incompetence, we feel we have lost out on an incredible opportunity. Oh, I also didn’t appreciate her lecturing me about her 30 year career when I told her I was unhappy with the situation. 30 years outdated, clearly. People skills zero to none.
