Julia Sansom is the property manager of the house we rent and every time we need she replies our emails after 5 minutes, she is very kind and helpful. Also we had a problem with our water tank and I called and spoke to Kathryn Keats, a lovely lady, very patient on the phone. After 2 hours of my call we had the contractor stepping in the house and the problem was fixed! Thank u Kathryn, you are a star! Julie, the lady that comes to check the house from time to time is very nice as well. All of them have an excellent customer service, I will never use another agency in town again, love it!

I used to deal with Intercounty for apartment rent for half a year. I wish to continue but my employer has moved so did I. Kelly McAvoy at Intercounty was my property manager, she was my first point of contact to resolve any issues at the property. Kelly has been very helpful at all times, and very quick to respond and act. I would highly recommend this letting agency instead of any other local agencies, I know very bad experience from my colleague renting with another agent, he was dreaming to deal with Intercounty though. During that time I have dealt with Kelly Macavoy who has been on hand whenever I had any issues or queries and was always quick to respond and help resolve things swiftly and without causing me any disruption, always being able to work around me and putting me ‘the tenant’ first. We have just exchanged on our property sold by intercounty . The service we have receved from them has been excellent from first contact, always keeping us informed. We would particularly like to mention Doug Whybrow who has continually kept us updated and worked very hard to get us to exchange and completion this week, turned out not to be an easy task! He was always available to speak to and had a never made us feel a nuisance . He was our link between our buyers, both solicitors and us which proved invaluable .
