I am very disappointed with

I am very disappointed with the service I received from Intercounty. They were very dismissive and ignored my verbal and email requests for changes to dates after my circumstances changed. They sent me a tenancy agreement without feedback on my email requests on the terms and did not bother to return my calls on the property or give me move-in details. As a tenant, I would not recommend them. They just don't care and customer service is the last thing they are interested in.

Sadly very disappointing

Sadly very disappointing, I purchased with them 2 years ago, so thought I could trust them with the sale of my house.At the start their senior property valuer - massively over priced my house so that it had no interest , when the lack of interest was flagged to Intercounty, they blamed me for setting the price. Their next suggestion was to force me to lower the value of my house by £45k , this made my house look like a joke on the market. After 1 month of being on the market they managed to get me only 3 viewings - despicable! One lady made an offer and then pulled out (turns out they knew this lady was a ‘risk’) . I have been let down in every way possible by this company. I have removed myself from Intercounty and will not use them again. I personally found their attitude to selling outdated.

This is a review of the estate management team at the bishops stortford office.More importantly of Jayme Walker.Me and my wife have had an awful experience with our landlord, several problems at our rented property, some minor some much more serious. Which our landlord has been impossible to deal with to resolve these issuses, regrettably in the end this lead to us ending our tenancy. Jayme has been there to help us out so much in the last several months. He has been completley understanding of our problems and feelings towards the situation we were having to deal with. His honest and personal approach to us and how he has dealt with the situation has made it much easier.Jayme went above and beyond to try to make it as pain free for us as humanly possible. It has felt like instead of talking to someone who works for an estate agent i have been talking to a mate. I cant express enough how grateful i am that jayme was the guy dealing with us and how much he has done for us.Thanks jaymeChris and Aimee milligan

Brandon has made what could have been a really stressful experience go as well and as smoothly as he could. After the disappointment of our first house falling through, he helped us find another one really quickly. I found Intercounty excellent in the way they sold a property that I own. From start to finish they were very professional which was especially pleasing as the property was previously on with another local agent who were completely useless. Marvellous at managing and selling.

I have used Intercounty for renting out my property for a number of years now. The Management staff have, on the whole, been very good. Professional, helpful and courteous, particularly Dimple Johal, whom I could not fault and has gone above and beyond her job description. On selling my property the whole team were very professional and Doug Whybrow was fantastic helping move things along and assuring me daily in a professional but friendly manner. He nagged when I asked him to. He chased when I asked him to and even let me rant and moan proving to be a sympathetic ear. I hope he is appreciated and is given a pay rise in due course! Excellent experience from start to finish

We really had a good experience of Intercounty from start to finish . The photos of the house and description were well- presented. The team took control of viewings with good attention to small details which helped to sell the property. Particularly impressive was the service after offer was accepted , coordinating with the buyers to smooth over the transition to exchanging contracts which could have resulted in a lost sale if it was not for the tenacity of the agent- and especially Jenny who acted as an intermediary at this time.
