I was really impressed and happy with the service provided by Intercounty at the beginning of the sale. William did a great job at selling, and my property sold really quickly. The communication at this point was also fantastic, with Will calling to confirm different bits and pieces. However the after sale with Doug was disappointing to say the least. I heard nothing from them for 2 and a half weeks after the sale was agreed, all information was received through my solicitor, who has been fantastic throughout. The communication I have had has been slow and pushed from me, I have had at least 3 phone calls not returned, meaning I have had to consistently follow up on inquiries. The information Doug did have was often outdated and not new information or on a couple of occasions incorrect. The sale should have been quick and easy, unfortunately what should and could have been completed in 6/7 weeks took 10 weeks. I believe this was in part down to the slowness of the after sales team. Thankfully William sold my property and the sale has now been completed, however for the high fee charged and the poor after sales communication I would be hesitant to use them again.

We received very professional and helpful service from Kristy. She had been happy to answer all our questions before we decided to rent the flat. Kristy was very patient and friendly with us. I would like to also mention an excellent teamwork. Even if Kristy was not present at the office, we could talk to anyone about our let. All members of the team were always well informed about it. The lettings team in Bishops Stortford are brilliant especially Reece and the 2 Harrys. I have used Reece and his team for several years and they have always found me good, reliable tenants. If I have any questions they answer them straight away, nothing is to much for them. The team are always polite, reliable and friendly and I would not use any other letting agent. So where do I start, having worked in the property industry for over 15 years, once in a while you come across an absolute gem, and that gem in the case of Intercounty is Kristy!! From day one of booking a viewing, which she managed to sort within a couple of hours notice, she was nothing but outstanding. My case wasn't at all straight forward, and instead of getting the usual brush off, Kristy done everything within her power to make it happen, and low and behold it did, within a few weeks I was in and settled. I'd also like to say a big thank you to Amy, who looked after all the contract side of things, Intercounty better keep these two happy thats all I can say lol!! Thanks again girls

I have recently completed my purchase with James and the team at Intercounty Bishops Stortford and I absolutely could not fault the team and the service I received. The team are true professionals, who understand how stressful house buying and selling can be and do everything they can to take the stress away and ultimately get you to where you need to be. I found the communication from the team first class, they are available on the phone and by email etc and we’re easily contactable and if unavailable always responsive as soon as possible, no communication blackouts whatsoever!!
