Although we decided not to go ahead with the property it would be wrong not to point out her excellent customer service, genuine interest in us and our interests and kind communication both in person and via email!

Absolutely brilliant service throughout from Intercounty, Renee was the first to show me around the flat and was then passed over to Kate Green for the rest of the process. Kate kept me updated, any questions she'd sort it and ensured everything went smoothly. Natalie helped massively as well, so they were all happy to help. Intercounty were helpful and efficient and went the extra mile to make sure the sale went through as quickly as possible. I dealt with Peter Telford and Tom Harper, both of whom were very obliging; Peter made extra visit to the property to help clear up additional queries from the buyer. I was very satisfied with the service I received.

We have had dealings with many different Estate Agent in the last few yearsand Intercounty is by far the best. Joe Baggs, who we had the most dealings with was friendly and very helpful always answering our questions quickly and efficiently. The manager Helen was equally as lovely. The whole experience of moving was made easier because of them so thank you.

Couldn't fault our experience with Intercounty, especially Rebecca at our Chelmsford branch, communication was excellent and everything during our rental process was explained step by step. When we actually collected our keys we were given a welcome to your new home box from Intercounty which included some lovely treats ! What a lovely touch!

GoogleMe and my partner were renting for the first time and thought we would go to Intercounty as we have heard very good things about them. We dealt with Harry Stylianou and I cant praise him enough and the rest of the team for how helpful they are and still are. They all are more than happy to advise even though its been a few months since we have moved in I know if I have a problem or question he will be willing to help me out and point in the right direction. Harry is very professional and clearly very good at his job, I would highly recommend dealing with him and Intercounty as a whole.

The whole team have been professional and responsive from the very start.We had a first viewing with Bob who was courteous and answered all our initial questions.We spoke with most of the office William,James,Olivia .They were all extremely helpful. Having made an offer and dealing with Solicitors it was at this point Intercounty gave us a direct contact in Doug Whybrow to help with the process to completion. Doug is accomplished and proficient.He was always on hand to help with any questions.Prompt in returning calls and e-mails.He has even been on hand to help with questions post completion. GoogleMe and my boyfriend are first time renters and have just moved into our new home! Intercounty have been absolutely spot on through the whole process. The team have been incredibly supportive, helpful and understanding. Most importantly they made me feel I could ask any questions, even the little things I wasn’t too sure about. I’d like to say a massive thank you to Harry, Reece, Grace and Kirsty who all worked together so well to get us from viewing the house to moved in, in just 2 weeks! Would absolutely recommend!

In the viewing phase, Helen was super helpful, fitting in the viewings around our jobs and was almost as excited as me when she told me our offer had been accepted! GoogleI've been communicating with Intercounty recently and can honestly say this agency is the best agency I have dealt with in a long time. I have dealt with Kristy mainly and she has been amazing consistently, communication is always timely, professional and Kristy is definitely very enthusiastic about the work she does. Kristy definitely enjoys what she does and she has gone the extra mile by providing me with a plethora of information about the local area to help me. I have no hesitation to recommend Kristy and Intercounty both for finding tenants (from the point of a view as a landlord myself) and also for finding properties for UK and overseas tenants.
