GoogleAlthough Miles had only very recently started his own agency we decided to give him a try, mainly because we were keen to use a very local small estate agent, hopefully having intimate local knowledge of the housing market in and around the Bishops Lydeard area. We were not disappointed. Miles pitched the price just right, not too low , but not to high for the propoerty to just sit there - as we have watched many properties do in West Bagborough. Being a keen photographer he took his own pictures of our property, and with assistance of Vicki compiled a great brochure. We sold the property 6 days after the sign being posted for the asking price. Miles and Vicki provided complete backup throughout the viewing and conveyancing process, dealing with the buyers and both solicitors and providing us with detailed weekly reports. GoogleAs first time buyers we wanted to make sure we bought the right place... Most estate agents we dealt with were okay... But the experience with Miles was very different and much better... Informative, practical and I never felt under any pressure. Having an honest conversation at 8pm in the office with the log burner going... Wouldn't get that anywhere else! Honest, friendly, reliable and professional! Highly recommended!
