I would highly recommend using Miles as he is very efficient, offers a professional service. We recently purchased a property through him and it was an very easy smooth transaction. The solicitors used were recommended by him which made the process work even better. From start to finish it took 8 weeks which is incredible! I am a very organised person with paperwork and had a tonne of questions which Miles didn’t hesitate to get back to me with the answers and nothing was any trouble. Being first time buyers he also helped to advise what were the steps to take and helped to make the purchase transaction go smoothly. Friendly, helpful, professional, efficient and knowledgeable! Phoned reference a property which to be fair was a bit cheeky as it was a fair bit under the asking price (£20k under on a £295,000 house) but the lady was very pleasant on the phone and stated I would receive a call back. The call from the person who I think may be the owner never happened and when I called back was made to feel a bit of a fool for even offering with a reply of I know the client and he is neither in need of, or inclined to accept such an offer. A simple I'm sorry they are not likely to accept would of been a better reply I think.
