GoogleMiles was responsible for selling the property we bought in the last weeks of 2020, and as you would expect, the key link between us and the seller. Miles was extremely professional throughout the process. Buying and selling a property during the restrictions brought about by Covid was challenging, but Miles was very good at keeping up the momentum of the sale going, making himself available to answer questions, and providing excellent advice at all times. GoogleMiles and his team inspected the property and advised us on how to present it to its best advantage. After the recommended works had been carried out a further inspection and photographs resulted in the property being released on to the market. Within 5 days we were asking for best and final offers. The whole procedure up to and including completion was professionally and efficiently handled. We were kept informed of all developments and timetables. Miles maintained good communications with our solicitors (Taunton Solicitors), the purchaser and his solicitors which ensured a seamless transaction.

GoogleFrom the outset I told Miles that I was going to need some serious hand holding through the house purchase/ sale journey! Although we were only selling through Miles, he took on all of the communication and following up throughout the whole of the chain, chasing updates and keeping us informed, regardless of whether the news was enjoyable to hear or not! I have never come across someone more dedicated or more professional than Miles and Holly and I would always work with him in the future and can’t recommend him, Karen and Clare highly enough. GoogleLast January, we breezed into Miles' intimate office with the welcoming blaze from its woodburner intending just to air the possibility of putting our house on the market in a month or two. Within fifteen minutes, he had booked an appraisal for the following week, at which he advised us on how to declutter and present the house, together with an acceptable selling price. A raft of superb photos followed and a couple of viewings which secured us an offer which we accepted. We were in the hands of a professional. Do not be fooled by the suave, wily fox exterior! - underneath lurks an experienced and hardworking agent, with that rare combination of honesty, compassion and plain speaking. As sellers, it has not been an easy ride for us, with many unwelcome twists and turns in the process, but Miles helped us to steer a steady course towards an exchange of contracts and imminent completion. We can even forgive him for ringing 'the bell of success' long and loud in our lugholes. Miles, we cannot thank you enough for your commitment, contactability, good humour and great sense. You and Karen have done a superb job for us, and we have no hesitation in recommending Miles Estate Agents to all potential buyers and sellers.

GoogleDon’t be put off by Miles from Miles Estate Agents wanting to keep the Conveyancing on track. Although a little skeptical at first for keeping the two parties apart, there is no doubt that the process was made quicker, and we were all far better informed, by him having access to both Solicitors and a complete familiarity with the process. More than an Estate Agent, a refreshing change although maybe a tad over protective of his clients! (We were buyers).

GoogleMiles from Miles Estate Agents was very positive and proactive in everything he did. Miles communicated very clearly and regularly to keep us up-to-date with each stage of the process. Miles helped us with listing the sale of our house. He organised an open house viewing day which saw 6 “proceed-able” viewings on Saturday, followed by 5 offers by Monday! This meant we quickly found a good buyer for our house. Miles kept our buyers engaged whilst we secured our new dream home, and he liaised well with our solicitor. He was very attentive to detail.
