GoogleI had a great experience working with Miles on the sale of my investment property. He was consistently communicative, handled negotiations professionally, and found a buyer promptly. As I live overseas in the US, Miles went above and beyond by coordinating contractors, arranging access when needed, and taking care of a lot of the on-the-ground details. He’s extremely knowledgeable about the Bishops Lydeard and surrounding property markets, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone selling locally.

She helped us immensely throughout the whole process and went above and beyond, even that of our own agent. Clare, for me, was the deciding factor in the process being as smooth as it could be. GoogleThis local business is fantastic value for money and you get brilliant service. Karen is super efficient and friendly in managing the office and kept us fully updated about the whole process. When we had a minor panic in having to send the Energy certificate to the buyers solicitor it was Karen who came to rescue and dealt with it for us. Brilliant! When you are dealing with all the questions and enquiries from buying and selling it’s the little things that make life so much easier, thanks Karen. If you want friendly, efficient and good estate agents who manage everything from start to finish I can’t recommend highly enough.
