Unbelievable experience trying to secure student housing for 23/24. Was told we couldn’t get any information and had to wait for the properties to launch. Checked website every 10 minutes every day. They launched and instantly every one of the 100 plus properties already had applications on. How is that even possible? Terrible agent.

After 15 viewings on my property without a sale I found out that JW Woods were letting the tenant I was evicting handle viewings. Complete incompetency. Terrible service. Wasted opportunity to sell now the market is in freefall.
