Trevor, it seems you sold your property through the Great North Property Auction and ultimately were not happy with the length of the process. Unfortunately this is out of our control. Of course we recommended the GNPA process as the best option for your circumstances and I apologise for any inconvenience caused. Thankfully the house is now sold and completed.
